Absolutely the worst service. We waited over 45 minutes and never received our food. The manager was no help. 6 employees working but only one person making sandwiches. After a 45 minute wait we asked for our money back. Several people in the drive through also came inside to cancel and get their money back. The worst service of a fast food restaurant! It was after 8pm and the restaurant was not crowded

I am in town one day a week on Saturday and look forward to the sausage egg and swiss croissant and an orange juice. I went there this morning to order two and two orange juice by the time I got back and we open our bag.. 2 bacon egg croissant no cheese ?how in the heck do you get that from what I ordered that's why people take a little bit longer at the drive-up window to check their bag. they didn't give me a receipt. of course I take the responsibility for that. I should have asked for it. 0 napkins. The order was repeated several times. she kept asking me "what". Very frustrating!!!!!!!

What a joke! We have been in the drive through for 20 minutes all because 1 cars food wasnt done. How hard is it to ask the car waiting to park or pull forward so the other cars can get through.

This one is always busy but the food and service has gotten a lot better in the last couple months. The owner must have trained and brought in a new culture. Don't go to the west center street location. That one serves garbage.

I broke down at the intercom and asked to come inside to order for my son to eat as we are broke down and was refused!!! So my friend came and got us and we had to wait in line all over again.

Was extremely disappointed in my visit to the drive-thru today to pick up my mobile order. The price posted on the board for the large chili was totally different than the price I ended up paying in the mobile app. The manager just said, "oh, the mobile app is more expensive." They were not willing to give me the difference, and also didn't offer me ketchup for my fries.

We tried to use our glass card redemption for a .50 frosty and they exceeded our expectations. The food was also really good.

Waited on drive thru line for 25 minutes. I also had 2 different orders and they didn't know which one was which. Also the employees here are EXTREMELY SLOW. they need better employees

Please please check your items before you leave the window. My fries and chicken nuggets were ice cold. No apologies. They just lost my business. They dont even need 1 star. And... don't you think you need a hair tie or hair net??? I thought it was fast food, not a dog spa

My wife made me go pick up a frosty and fry for her at 11pm, which is itself not too bad--but she made me use the stupid Wendy's app for a free small frosty, which turns a simple fast food run into a freaking nightmare. Thankfully, the manager let me redeem the coupon for that small frosty, even though the app wouldn't work for us (we couldn't figure it out). He saved me from a vicious haranguing on my return home.Late night manager/drive through worker--you rock. Thanks for the help.
