So, so, so good!!!! It's very affordable. I got an appetizer, main, and dessert for $15! I got the Bahn mi and my friend got the Tofu pho- both amazing! The vegan flan was good too (just wish it had a different sauce option to put on it for those of us that can't have coffee). I will be going so much more now that I've tried it

Had the N8 Tofu Ramen ($11) and it was impressive! Beautiful presentation, nutty sauce that the lime augmented. Good serving size.Server spent time between orders cleaning tables and sweeping, and the food was brought out relatively quickly.Kid-friendliness: There are eating options for kids.

Fair prices and great food! Food was prepared quickly and with care. The meal was both beautiful and delicious. We will definitely be returning!

Loved it! Server was helpful and informative. Food was ready very quickly. Plated very nicely. Delicious! Filling too. Bathroom was spotless. Parking was a pain, but that’s center street for you. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely come again.

Delicious, well made food. service was quick and friendly. Boba tea was an unexpected delight. We will definitely go back when in Provo.

Vegan Sun is simply so amazing! They’ve never disappointed, and they’ve got a good variety of options, and very fair prices. The food is flavorful and always has beautiful presentation. My party got veggie spring rolls, a teriyaki rice bowl, and the house special pho. 5 star reviews across the board! The owners are always so kind and helpful every time I come in. Absolutely recommend it to anyone.

This restaurant’s food was absolutely positively amazing! I am not a vegan anymore I was for 15 years so I decided to try this restaurant even though my husband is not vegan. But we both absolutely loved it everything was very fresh. She gave us nice suggestions also. It was extremely clean. We would definitely go back in again!

My friend said she came here for a date and said it was good so I decided to give it a try. We got S1 (House Special Pho) and B3 (Lemongrass Tofu Banmi). I've never been to a vegan restaurant so it was my first time trying vegan food, and both tasted better than I thought. The broth for pho tasted clean, unlike phos at other places that has some sort of a greasy taste, and I honestly liked it better than the pho place in the same center street. They put tofu and fake meat and fake fish balls for ingredients and I liked the tofu the best. Banmi had a peanut butter sauce on top and also some tofu with lettuce and some apple. The dip for the chips was something I'd never tasted before but it was good. I'm not a vegan, but the overall taste was very good. I will definitely come back and try other menus too. Utensils and sauces are self-serve.

I'm not vegan and I felt hesitant going in because I doubted I would find something that I liked, but gosh darn it if that wasn't the best bahn mi I've ever had. It was SO SO DELICIOUS. My wife always gets the lemongrass tofu noodle salad and has literally dreamt about it all the time. I can't recommend this place enough. It's a great way to get introduced to guilt-free eating

Stopped here for lunch after snow fun and loved it. The potstickers were my fave of the appetizers we ordered (we also got the fresh spring rolls). The broth for the pho was excellent and just full of flavor. Best vegan Vietnamese restaurant in Utah!
