I ate here with my family for the first time, and we were able to eat on the patio with our dog. We all thought it tasted great, and they serve more than just beef burgers too. I was also ecstatic that they had hot peppers to tide me over while I was waiting for the food.

This chain is out of touch with vegetarianism. I’m not sure why, but some restaurants have a false impression that vegetarian food “must be healthy” so they’ll serve it in a wheat/whole grain bun/tortilla by default, while the meat products have white grain.The veggie burger is not good. There is no bite, and all mush. The patty is made of play-dough and it’s bland. Did they even try? They serve their food with a lot of plastic that could easily be replaced with cardboard products. Great fries though.

The veggie burger was delicious!! I have a new favorite plant based burger! Friendly and helpful employees. Your order may take a few minutes longer than the average drive thru, but it's definitely worth the wait! Be sure to check your order before leaving though. We were missing an order of fries and got home before we realized it.

Food is really good but it can be quiet oily. My friend ordered cooked Brussel sprouts and they were so bad that she didn't eat them. Greasy!

We tried Habit Burger 1st in St George and loved it. My kids were excited to see there was one here in Provo. Their hamburgers are excellent and the service is out of this world. They really per their customers first and gave extras that other restaurants would have charged for. Lastly, lobbies are nice and clean are we ate in at both locations.

I always order the burger well done. They always respond by giving me a raw burger. It’s like they pay no attention at ALL to that request. Today it was the last straw. Eat here if you like your burgers raw with a hint of brown on the outside.

Drive through took a long time 12/2021 due to a new cook. Kids burger tasted like the bun was drenched in hamburger grease. We asked for ketchup on the veggie burger and they said ok but they just gave us packets. 2/22 asked for extra sauce on veggie burgers because they are always dry and hardly have any sauce and the manager claims they put extra on but the small amount absorbed into the dry buns and he disregarded my concern and said I come all the time. Well, I’m not going to make The Habit my habit with their lousy customer service. He also said he would charge 40 cents for BBQ sauce! I’ve never been charged for BBQ sauce in my life.

We thought we'd give The Habit a try a few weeks back, and unfortunately (for my waistline) they've named the joint well. We've been at least 4 times over the last month and been delighted by the quality and value each time. We had one visit where fries were forgotten (life happens) but have otherwise had excellent visits.You need to be aware - yes, you can drive through, but this is not exactly "fast" food. It's made when you order. So you get hot food for your money, but don't think you're going to zoom in and out (though they're faster than that place) or you'll be disappointed.The team has always been polite and helpful, and made it a nice visit for us. Post pandemic we'd love to visit and sit in, but for now we'll enjoy the food that stays hot for our 15 minute drive home and that fills us up. Highly recommend.

I’m not one to usually complain, but We went through the drive through a few days ago and my husbands burger was completely raw and usually I would just share my burger with him but we noticed a long black hair wrapped throughout the burger. We were so disgusted that our friends who got food with us didn’t eat there food. We spent a lot of money been trying to get a hold of a manager for the last few days and nothing. I talked to customer support and they said a manager would get in touch but it’s been two days now. I worked in the food industry it shouldn’t be hard to be able to speak to a manager.
