This place is just fine for timeliness and quality of food, but their hours are always changing and they never have drinks in stock. With kids out for the summer, they should have enough employees to be fully operational, but I talked to one of the workers about the drink situation, and they're still gonna have trouble getting either of the baja blasts from the distributor. He told me they're often days late with delivery and the demand is pretty high so when it is there it runs out quick. I haven't had any trouble with the one on 900 east.
Taco Bell gets a bad rap sometimes but this location is really top notch. I've ordered from here many times and they have never messed up my order. I usually submit my order on the app when I pull into the parking lot and they always have my food ready extremely quickly. The workers have always been friendly. The food comes warm and prepared correctly. My only gripe is that they are not usually open very late. Otherwise, as far as Taco Bell goes, you can't go wrong here.
Staff is rude and inflexible. We ordered on DoorDash because we had some gift card credit on DoorDash, but preferred pickup over delivery. The order status never arrived at "ready for pickup", which I can't say for sure, but I doubt it was a bug in DoorDash and more likely Taco Bell staff not updating information on their end. My wife went anyway to pickup the food at the estimated time, and there were instructions to go inside to pickup food, but looking at the doors to go inside, there was a clear sign saying "Lobby Closed". So my wife went through the drive through (seems like the right decision to me). She was told "You need to go inside for DoorDash". She indicated she couldn't backup b/c there were cars behind her, and so she pulled through to the window. The staff at the window was reluctant to open the window, but did open. My wife tried ask a question about whether they could simply grab it from the inside area since she's already waited through the drive through line to get her food, but the staff said something about needing to go inside and closed the window before she could even finish her question. Taco Bell, have clear signs posted and don't be so RUDE, seriously!
Orders are placed electronically, no employee contact. Dining area needed some attention and so did the floor in the prep area. The touch screens for ordering were in need of cleaning and there needs to be some wipes or gloves left at the stations.
I used to eat here all the time before the remodel, and enjoyed it a lot. But ever since the remodel the food has been consistently disappointing. I don’t eat there any more, not worth it.
The remodel of this place makes it feel so much cleaner and pleasant- even from the drive thru somehow! The employees were so of the happiest fast food employees I've ever met haha! I mean, taco bell is taco bell, but I was surprised what those differences made for my experience!
They did not honor the Starving Student Card that was supposed to be good for all Utah Taco Bell restaurants except those on campus. They could have waited until the cards expire in a few months but they chose to disregard their agreement and use the advertisement for free. The manager was polite but offered no recourse. If I have the choice I will not go to Taco Bell.
It is your above average fast Mexican food. This is probably my most favorite in the fast food Mexican restaurants.Taco Bell4 Stars ****Garyleescritiques
The ordering kiosks we're super easy and convenient to use. They've remodeled and it looks nice, but I do miss that 90s aesthetic.
Used to be the best place to get some good cheap burritos. They are honestly going down hill though. They keeps taking some of my favorite go to items off the menu. First the beefy quesarito(mobile order only, ?) and now the beefy burrito($1 menu). I believe they are understaffed because they are no longer open during the best time of night(after 10) to go grab a snack. Super good tasting though and we’ll priced.
