I ordered food for my staff and sent them to pick it up and to ask for the receipt. The staff there was rude to them and refused to give them a receipt. The receipt is for corporate at my job. So they were rude to my employees and were too lazy to print off a simple receipt. What kind of business is being ran there? Not a customer friendly one that’s for sure.
We went to go to the drive through last night we just puled in the drive way and some guy walked out the front door both arms loaded with food and drinks and yelled out their closed we did not ask him if they were or not he just yelled it out like there was a argument going on it was wired then we relized he probably worked there or just robed the place of all the food lol but this is not the first wierd thing that has happened here they have ran out of beef, tortillas etc. it's crazy place I think it to be better to go to the one on freedom Blvd or university Ave we went to university Ave store right afterwards and ordered our food took it home and enjoyed dinner but the 900E store is crazy and not worth the time or money just got to go a little further away better service better food. Sorry 900 E taco bell but thats the truth
I could give a 0 if I would. We came at 9:46 pm and waited in the drive thru behind a car that ordered. When it became our turn at 9:50 pm they had already "closed" despite the closing time on the window being 10 pm. When we got to the window they wouldn't even look in our direction to acknowledge us. Inconsistent and inconsiderate. We will not be coming back to this location and will be calling corporate.
Terrible customer service. Also, they close before the time they say they close. The inside dine in area was closed and locked at 9:45pm and when we got to the drive through order area at 9:55 it said that they were closed and we couldn't order. But Google maps says they close at 10pm...
I mean, it Taco Bell. What do you really expect? Is this 5 star food, no. But I'm paying $1 for a burrito, I can't complain. The place is fairly clean. Service is ok most times.
First time walking in and using the touch screen menu, quick but no sauce..
We were just here, the man at the drive through was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. It started when I told him I needed a second and he told me he didn’t sell those. He was extremely inpatient and told me I had to order or pull around even though there was no one behind me. I told them I was calling corporate because of my experience and was informedTo go ahead because they were a franchise and corporate can’t do anything about it. This service was terrible and I couldn’t force my self to ever spend money in a place that treats their customers this way. So sad, I hope this opens the eyes of the manager to give for training on what is appropriate to say at the window and what isn’t, and how to treat people willing to send money in that store!!
lobby is regularly closed, a friend & i got stuck in the drive thru for over 30 minutes because the store was empty during business hours with no sign to say so, literally just an empty taco bell. No employees were in the building, one man had to get out of his car to direct everyone in line. Yesterday the entire store was closed again but at least there wasn’t a packed drive thru this time. Maybe taco bell should pay & treat their workers like actual people, that might help with the staff shortage.
So I show up at 2 o’clock on a Saturday and there’s a huge line in the drivethru. I wait for about 30 minutes and watch as car after car just leaves without ordering anything. It turns out that management just abandoned ship and closed the store. I had ordered online and didn’t get anything out of it.
The manager Don is extremely rude. He yelled and screamed across the dining room at a senior couple who were refilling a soda cup and accused them of stealing. He then called the police on them for refilling a soda. Horrible customer service. The police showed up and once they realized why he called, they just left.
