We ordered before midnight on 06/01. They closed the drive thru roughly 2 minutes after we ordered. They put the cones behind our car. We got to the window and paid, then the lady came back and they told us they weren't going to make our order??It took them roughly 6 minutes from that point to refund our transaction, and they refused to give us a copy of the recipet??Luckily I got the honor of taking a picture of it.. Would have been quicker for them to make our 4 items than go through the hassle of 2 people figuring out how to refund.Sign for hours on the drive thru window says open until midnight or later. Definitely not later with this lazy staff.
Most taco bell locations are usually average and kind of meh. I was pleasantly surprised by this location and the food they gave. Cashier was nice. It was obvious she was new but her kindness made up for any of her small mishaps.Wonderful experience. Good job on this location. Let's hope they all strive for this level of competence.
It was gross the Mexican pizza look like a slider Pizza salty as hell. My taco supreme what's hard and no it was not a hard taco. My husband wrap was nothing but a flower wrap there was just about nothing in there. You people need to step up your game. Not only that they let bums hang out in the restaurant not cool. Beware I wouldn't eat there
Went into Taco Bell on University in Provo Utah. My hubby and I ordered the kid who took our order had never did register before, but asked for help. We waited quite awhile for our order, a couple across from us said good luck it took us over a half an hour to get our food. Any way we sat there for quite awhile then finally our order was up, the order was wrong. We ordered 2 of the Toasted Cheddar boxes 1 without veggies on everything and one cinnamon twist 1 Cinnabon bites. We get the order there is veggies on everything no totilla chips but got cheese cups. Plus we got two cinnamon twists instead of one. I called to complain and they said they would tell the manager. We will see. Not happy at all...
We ordered a few items inside and it took us over 45 minutes before they got us our food. Then half the order was wrong and when we tried to get it fixed it took an hour. No fast food place should be this long. One of the employees kept leaving to go check on their kids that they brought to work. Worst experience ever. I will avoid this location in the future.
I’ve had issues with this location before. Was given the wrong order and immediately came inside since I was ignored at the window trying to get their attention. Walked in and just asked for the right food. Supervisor ignored me and the new employee that was trying to get their attention. He eventually writes down my order what it’s supposed to be and walks away without telling anyone to make my food. Continues to run around without talking to his other employees while he changes soda syrup and takes more drive thru orders. I waited almost 15 min and one of the cooks comes up and asks me what I was supposed to have and she made my food immediately. She was amazing and kind and I appreciated her help. Supervisor needs to learn how to communicate with his employees so that things can get done instead of taking it upon himself. I was given two free taco slips so I guess that’s nice.
I used to go to this Taco Bell everyday for lunch, I got sick of it and now I only go occasionally. The food is very consistent at just about every one, but I like the drive through staff at this particular one.
I used the kiosk to order but something went wrong and it turned out that the people making my food never received my order. I went up to check on my food after a, relatively, long time and I was told the aforementioned. They reconciled the situation by comping me my meal based on the fact that the kiosk doesn't produce paper receipts and I didn't opt for an email or text to I had no direct proof other than going to my banking app. So, ultimately I left pleased but yet there is a larger issue with their ordering kiosk?! I am glad that they resolved the issue the way they did because I really don't giving negative reviews..!!
Drive thru’s a joke. Saw one van in line so we thought “hey look, no line!” 45 minutes later and we are just now getting to the window. I get some people place big orders and the guy in front of us was more to blame for this, but they need some kind of system in place so that jackass doesn’t hold everyone else up for almost an hour. They couldn’t have asked him to come inside or pull forward? Something? Just feels like one large order shouldn’t shut done the entire restaurant for almost an hour.
Slowest Taco Bell drive-through in the history of mankind. Drivers actually turned off their engines as we waited. Lobby wasn’t busy either, only one customer.Made matters worse when the gal at the window didn’t care the slightest and seemed annoyed at me for being there. My bad.
