The drive thru line wrapped around the store so I went in. Staff was quick and helpful though. Drinks are pretty tasty. Definitely recommend looking at the menu first because they have so many options. Also pricing uses the drink size as the base PLUS whatever you add. So the named drinks with extra stuff are going to be more than the price listed for whatever size. Fair and makes sense, I just didn't realize it at first. Great place.
Swig allows you to add your payment information to your online App for online payment and quicker payments at the window, yet employees still ask you to pull your card out and show them. This is redundant and is not helping business go by smoother, don't ask customers if they want to use the card on file if you're going to make customers pull the card out. It seems like there isn't much structure to the employee operations, because not every employee does this. A drink shouldn't take 30+ minutes to make. The parking lot needs organization at an executive level.Occasionally really helpful and nice service
First time going to a swig location. Fairly expensive, but I don't mind. The group I was with recognized immediately that this local did not smell particularly pleasent which is sort of an awkward thing to notice. I asked for no ice and got a cup 3/4 filled with ice. The customer in front of me also asked for no ice and got a cup filled with ice. The employee scooped out the ice of the customer in front of me, but they were busy enough that I didnt bother asking them to scoop the ice from my cup. There ended up being so much ice in my cup that the straw didn't work (which has never happened to me before, nor did I know that was possible ?♂️). The quarter cup of soda I was able to sip did taste really good.There were other issues along the way, but I would generally not recommend this place. I've never been to any other Swig locations, nor do I plan to visit.
Swig has the BEST drinks! Not to sweet, not too fizzy, they are just right!! Their employees at all locations are very nice and friendly! They are fast and get the line moving, even at the peak of their days!! Oh! And they like to party and have fun at each location!! It’s a great atmosphere! Go to a swig on opening day and get a free drink, cookie, and spin the prize wheel!!
I LOVE SWIG! There are so many wonderful drink options to choose from, and even the option to make your own special combination of soda and flavorings (my favorite is the Strawberry Breeze)! The Swig shops in the st. George area have great employees and never disappoint!

i absolutely love swig and go all the time, but this location is so slow!!!! it be really frustrating, as they take forever and you end up sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes. compared to the other locations, this is the slowest swig i have ever been to.
I live 1/2 mile away from the 2 Orem locations, but the Provo location is the BEST! It's worth the drive because:They always have an ideal ratio of syrup and/or cream to soda are always on point! Their employees are always friendly and helpful!
I LOVE this location. The employees are always so sweet, friendly, and helpful!! I love the fun vibe to the store. I always go through the drive thru and it’s very quick and efficient. The prices aren’t that bad and I love the variety they have!! This location is the best one around here, in my opinion. They’ve never gotten my order wrong and I’m always in and out within 10 minutes!
I ordered a peanut butter cookie and got a coconut cookie. The pretzel bites were cold, and there's was no structure among the employees. They were all acting as if they were at a party or something with no regard to the customers in the building. The music was so loud inside that I could barely hear myself think. My wife and I went inside because we thought it would be faster but we ended up waiting 15 minutes for a lemonade, a cookie, and some cold pretzels. On top of that, our order came out to $12, but when we added up what we ordered based on the menu prices, it was $8.15. The manager on duty said that it was because of "taxes and some price changes recently" but wouldn't give us a receipt.Honestly, this was the worst experience I've ever had an any fast food place, and I downloaded yelp on my phone just to leave this review. And Nicole T. (if you are still the business owner), please be more transparent and consistent on prices and employee training. I worked as a manager at a restaurant for years, and there is no excuse for the sorry state of this store.
