Don't order deliveries from this location, no matter what you order and pay for they only send sandwiches. They expect your driver to open your bag, fish out the receipt and then figure out what else was on the order. I think the problem is that the drinks and chips aren't behind the counter and the employees don't feel like going to get them. But they also don't tell the driver that the order is incomplete. They just hand the driver a bag of sandwiches.
I'm no longer coming here as of today. They are always put of eggs and never have them. The cleaniness of the place is a 3 out of 5. The bathroom is just plain dirty and is probably a 2 out of 5. Who ever is managing this place doesn't seem to have an good understanding of what a manager should be doing. Their is an employee wearing sunglasses inside so makes me wonder if they drug test their employees either.
Times online and on store window do not match. They are also inconsistent on if they follow time on window or not. Often the employee tries to hide, even though you can clearly see her. I've had several employees just ignore me and had to knock on the window to get a response. (All of these interactions were through drive through). Unless you really need the drive through, which is what I usually go to this for, just go to another location in Orem. Better service and better sandwiches.
always quick! even when backed up with drives and/or a huge line they get ya in and out with relative ease and care for your time.
As subways go its pretty great. Its clean. The workers there are awesome. Ive been going to this subway off and on for years and the workers have always been top noch, even when its obvious that they are new.
Caitlyn's always way nice, and I love the food. Great place for some good service.
I've had spinach raps at many Subway stores, but this one was folded in a way that it was half the size, with half the ingredients, but at full price. I will not go back.
Chase is The young man that took my order and made my sandwich he was polite and friendly to me and my kids. He deserves a raise. Lol. Really tho great environment and respectful Employees!!! Thank you Chase. ?
The manager working was very kind, hard working and even dealt with an employee out of the public. very well run subway.
