Shoutout to kaitlyn (I think that was the employees name), we came inside with like 7 people in front of us and one guy ordered like 10 sandwiches. She was all by herself until she asked a customer to go knock on the door to get the other employee to come out of the bathroom (which he had been in for 20 mins). She powered through all of our orders, didn’t mess up any sandwiches and got like 5 people taken care of at once. The other guy she was working with was ringing people up and moving very slowly. Management of this place needs a lot of improvement, but kaitlyn was an excellent employee.
One of the best subways. As anyone knows, subway can be hit or miss for a good sandwich depending on the location and how experienced the workers are. As a poor college student, I go to this subway all the time, but this subway has never been a disappointment....Also, get the subway app. The deals are killer
I did a order online in advance 40 minutes before I was going to pick it up so it can be ready when I get off my work break. I get there and they haven’t even started my order and I had to wait another 20 minutes. The workers are very slow and they were trying to clean up the oven mess they made. I will not be visiting this subway again.
I went to Subway craving a meatball sub. I had no idea it would take 30 minutes to make one footling. There were 3 employees and when we walked in, there was a line of about 3 people, and only one person was making the sandwiches. The manager was changing posters instead of helping. One girl was extremely slow, and so was the boy on shift. I felt so awkward and no one was finishing my sandwhich so i almost left with no food because i was so mad.
my husband used to manage at subway and says that this subway did not uphold the standards that subway requires of employees. the girl running the line took at LEAST 20 minutes to make 2 club sandwhiches, when it shouldve taken 45 seconds from start to finish (According to subway policy). She didnt fold, cut, nor wrap them correctly, although she was very sweet and nice, she was just very slow.
Very slow. I came in the first time a couple days ago and it took 30 minutes for one sandwich and there was only one other person in front of me. Today I decided to play it smart and order ahead online. After thirty minutes, the app said it was ready and I came down to pick it up. Took 10 minutes to even talk to them, and then they asked who I was picking up for, and theeennn they started my order. Only one girl is working (go her woohoo ), and the other one disappeared in the back. One of the slowest subways I have ever been blessed to go to. Not really blaming anyone because it’s most likely a lack of employment that is the cause. Also the Baja chicken and bacon was very good so thank you lol.
Giving 2star for one of the girls that was working there that was working better then the other….took awhile to get to me and not only that but they like to take their sweet time, so if you’re in a some what rush, I’d suggest go look for another subway and hope they are fast.
The sandwich was good. I could tell the employees were busy with some behind the scenes things, but they still were super friendly and helpful!
There's one girl that works there that is slower than molasses. Sloth like. Given that, it's still a good Subway! I've never really seen it busy which helps.
Pickup order. Sandwich was not wrapped in anything—rather, it was placed vertically in a paper bag with no papers or napkins, and fell apart before I could even take it out. Insult to injury, they forgot several ingredients and added tomatoes for some reason. Woman on the phone offered to remake the sandwich, but if she's planning on doing it like that, I'd really rather not bother. No refund policy I'm aware of. Sandwich was twelve bucks.
