The person working the counter was fast and courteous. They were the only person their and they didn't miss a beat getting our sandwiches ready.

The young man with blue and purple hair who attended us on December 8, 2021 did not accept our discount coupons claiming that they were only for the Salt Lake City area and I wonder why Subway gives out discount coupons in Provo Utah if they don't go To be accepted it will be that I will have to go to other establishments to eat where they accept coupons and save money in these times where there are many people who do not have enough money
Great food! The customer service was about average. I love the creamy sriracha sauce. Will be coming back.

Dingy, dirty little place. Not impressed with the staff either. This location needs a fresh start; or to be closed down. Next time I'm hungry and in the area, I'll go to food court at the mall.

I bought a footlong and a wrap and they cut the wrap in half without even saying anything. I threw it away because it’s a wrap!!! Who cuts a wrap!!?? It’s going to fall apart and make a huge mess! Use some common sense.
