Two people during lunch rush. #1 was one step away from being angry, had a sense of urgency but didn't seem like he'd been trained on how to make sandwiches quickly. #2 had no sense of urgency and while jumping, among register, side tasks, and veggies never changed her gloves.

Maybe I just arranged a bad sandwich for myself, but I did feel a little disappointed with the temperature and texture of the chicken on the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Other than that though I love this place. I can get exactly what I'm craving and it's nice and filling too. I felt like I actually had a meal.

Pretty slow. If you are coming during busy hours (lunch, dinner) be prepared to wait a while.

Fast subway on the BYU campus

Fun local vibe to this place, got a good sandwich. Little more expensive than a subway in the city but not too bad, especially given how it’s one of the only options to eat out there

Fast, good, less crowded during COVID ?

Consistently good quality, one of my fav lunch spots

Service was slow the person was hard to understand and very soft spoken. My sandwich was poorly wrapped and when I picked it up it spilled all over the floor and I was in a rush and couldn’t get it fixed.

By far and always the slowest line. EVER.

I can’t say how disappointed I am with Subway. I love the food and have long been a fan, but continual disappointments regarding customer service quality has really turned me off to the company. This subway location is sadly one of the worst I have ever been to, including dumpy roadside ones. I am writing this review after 25 min of standing in line at 9:17 am with only a few people in line in front of me. When I finally made it to the front to order, they were out of multiple ingredients I wanted on my sandwich. I hate to speak poorly of a company, but this is probably the 10th time they have been out of ingredients when I have ordered this semester. After sincerely wanting to think it was a fluke, I am sad to admit that Subway is no longer my restaurant of choice. I would much more happily give my business to another company that is more conscientious of the customer experience.
