Excellent new ownership, along with new friendly staff and one employee remaining from the previous owner that is exceedingly talented and smart! I have to say this is now one of the places I can enjoy a reasonably priced meal in return for a delicious and enjoyable experience. Glad to only live one street away and have my new friends only a block away. The $6.49 'sub of the day' meal deal is also currently one of best opitions I'm aware of where you can get the most bang out of your buck.

My review is for the new ownership!Had a bad experience here a few weeks ago. Went back today and discovered that ownership has changed as of this past week. The new owners were friendly, helpful, prompt, and eager to make a change and better serve customers. I’ll be going back to support them.

This location got a new management recently (about a week ago) and they are FANTASTIC. My husband and I have been going there for a while and never loved it until tonight. They are so personable and make the sandwiches perfectly. Highly recommend. 100 stars.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I had a really bad experience at this Subway and wanted to warn others. I hadn’t been to Subway for a long time but decided to try it again because of their refresh campaign. I pre-paid online and scheduled a curbside pickup, but when I got there I ended up waiting 20 minutes in my car only to realize the store was completely shut down due to short staffing. I totally understand being short staffed and having to close, but the fact that it still let me order and pay online before driving over there was very frustrating. The money was already gone from my account so when I reached out about getting a refund, they wouldn’t even do it. They just took my money and didn’t provide the services promised. They told me I could come in for a “free sandwich” sometime, but I just want the money back for the entire meal I paid for but never got. It was a terrible experience and I won’t ever be returning to this location. Don’t go here.

I WENT TO THIS SUBWAY ON MARCH 1ST AT 7 PM, AND THE GUY THAT WAS ATTENDING ME. AT FIRST HE WAS SO RUDE, IT SEEMED LIKE HE DID NOT WANNA DO HIS JOB. HE LITERALLY PUT 2 SPOONS OF TUNA WHEN THEY USUALLY PUT 3. WHEN I ASKED HIM TO PUT ONE MORE NICELY, HE GRABBED ONE AND JUST THREW IT ON THE SANDWHICH AND HALF OF IT SPLATTERED ON THE GROUND. AFTER HE TOASTED IT, HE ASKED ME "ANYTHING ELSE?" IN SUCH A RUDE WAY. WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR HONEY MUSTARD, HE THREW THE EMPTY BOTTLE ON THE GROUND. HE THREW IT AFTER HE COULDNT "FIND ANY" IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SUBWAY SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY ARE LOOKING TO BE HELPFUL AND SERVE YOUR FOOD. NOT DOUCHEBAGS LIKE THIS DUDE.

DO NOT GO HERE! We ordered on the app. It said our order was finished being made, and was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the store, all the chairs were put up on the table and the lights were out. So I guess it’s closed despite google saying it’s open. I checked the store hours on the door and according to them they’re open till 7 on Sunday. I got there at 6.Whatever, no big deal right? I’ll just go to another store. Except I checked my card AND IT TOOK MY MONEY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK SUBWAY, YOU LIED ABOUT YOUR HOURS AND I DIDN’T GET MY SANDWICH.

I am a Subway lover. However, my experiences at this location have been terrible. This week I placed mobile orders at this location on TWO separate occasions, both for TWO footlong subs.For my first mobile order, I received a call from the store saying that because of an in-store issue with their POS system, they would not be able to fulfill my order, and told me that I would be refunded. I was grateful that they called to let me know, however, I received no such refund. What a shame!For the second mobile order (later this week), I showed up to pick up my order at the designated time (5:45pm), only find that NO ONE was at the store. I can't even begin to understand this one.Anyways, I filed a complaint detailing my experiences to Subway's website yesterday, and this was the response I received:________________"Dear [my name],I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had with my restaurant.I understand that my restaurant was not open in accordance with our posted business hours. GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY!!! Absolutely terrible service! Ordered a sandwich to be picked up at 1:15 pm February 2 and I came in at 1:35 pm said the sandwich wouldn’t be ready I asked why and with attitude the two boys said they didn’t know. They where just sitting around doing nothing. Then I left and they followed me out and said they voided the transaction, with no explanation at all.

Just barely came to get food and they're closed? Online it says they're supposed to be open. Not cool.

Ordered two sandwiches on the app. When it said my order was done, I arrived to find that it was in fact NOT done. Waited another 20 minutes for the two employees to finish it. No line. Both of them were distracted by their conversation about Albert Einstein, not really caring to finish the sandwiches quickly. Customer service was abysmal. Definitely going to a different location next time.
