Really fun ice cream place. It’s a lot different than your experience at any other ice cream store. Fun to watch them make the ice cream and they have every flavor I can think of. And you can make any flavor combination you want or you can even ask to try all the flavors which is called a suicide. You can choose how hard you want your ice cream to be and if you are trying to stay dairy free they have options for that as well.
Fast and friendly service and the ice cream is great. My wife is on a strict keto diet and this is one of the only places that serves ice cream she can eat. Because each dish is personally made fresh on the spot, they can accommodate nearly any diet. That's a big reason why they continue to get our business.
I was very excited to see they had vegan ice cream but it was not good at all. My vegan ice cream was not creamy like my wife’s non-vegan ice cream… The vegan ice cream sort of “beads up” and is almost “curdy” like boba balls or cottage cheese. I wanted to try something unique so I got the eggnog flavor and it did not taste like eggnog at all. It tasted like an old band-aid dipped in nail polish remover. Maybe a more traditional flavor like chocolate would have been the way to go but it wasn’t good. Three stars is just for the effort of adding vegan options to the menu since they are so few and far between. If you want good vegan ice cream go to cold stone. In fact— directly after having SubZeros mediocre ice cream I went straight to cold stone to try their plant-based ice cream and it was EONS better… thanks cold stone!
Sooo many vegan flavors and it is honestly the best Icecream that I've ever had!! It is so thick and creamy - kind of like custard!! I'm never going anywhere else for ice cream again!! So good!
It's fun to watch them make the ice cream right in front of you! They do have some vegan friendly options, but could use more. Prices are a bit steep given the portion size. But overall it was good. The venue and atmosphere are nice.
We enjoyed our frozen treats at Sub Zero tonight. We chose this store because they have dairy free and vegan options for those of us who are lactose intolerant. The taste was a little different but it was yummy!

It's an amazing place to get a special treat once in a while! there's lots of flavors and add-ins to choose from. they make it right in front of you and it's really cool to see the smoke from the liquid nitrogen. there's a fun little upstairs area to eat in, and the view from the window is beautiful this time of year with lights on the trees. highly recommend!
Great ice cream! They have a variety of flavors and they also have vegan and keto cream for ice cream. The workers are so great as well
