Today the girl at the window was giving me a bad vibe. Was so mad I ask for receipt. I live around the corner I am going to different coffee place.
Wow. I'm blown away from the amazing service from the staff but especially the Barista Melody, I think her name was. Her service and attention to detail in my drink was absolute perfection. I've never felt such a good vibe from an employee anywhere I've been! Definitely will be coming back here!
I don't ever go to Starbucks. This was literally my second time (third at most). But the service was very good. The person that took my order was very kind and very friendly. I got a Dragon Drink (I think is what it was called) and it was delicious. I was meeting up with someone and it was a great place to do so. Good place to mingle with very friendly staff. So, maybe it is or is not worth 5 stars but based on my lacking experience with Starbucks, they were great.
Never used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on that (though from sitting inside it seems like they're super attentive to it). The baristas here are super friendly. Haven't had any interaction with management, but the one manager I've seen also seems to be a nice guy. This place served as my office for a week while I was living out of my car. I was never once treated with anything less than the utmost respect and was always greeted with a smile. I no longer NEED to come here to get work done, but I'll still be a loyal customer for as long as I'm in Provo due to the genuinely good vibes here.
Good place, they have a clean work environment if you care anout that sorta stuff. Deliver your stuff quick, and have nice employees

Superb staff at this location, they are always so sweet and friendly! The customer service is amazing. And I've never had a problem with an order, the drinks are always great and they are quick even when they are busy. Seriously my favorite Starbucks!!
Drew was absolutely amazing! He made me feel like a top priority. 10/10 great customer service. I don't know what you pay him but it's not enough.
