I placed an online order. When I got to the window they kept telling me I needed to give them more time before heading to the store and that I had to wait a little longer because they couldn’t find the sticker. When I got to the window she reminded me that I needed to give them more time before heading to the store. Like did they just want me to cancel the order and do it there?? So rude. Would it happen at chickflia? No.

I love frappeachino but I hate when I order from this Starbucks you always give me a milkshake I want a frappe with coffee!!! I got one this morning I don't want a Mormon milkshake give people what they order.

Starbucks in a bougie town, what do you expect. Went through diveup, so only 4 stars vs 5 as I didn't see the inside.

I haven't had any issues with this Starbucks, and I've been here plenty of times stopping by to get some...caffeinated hot chocolate...on the way up to classes.

When I worked at Starbucks I never had time to stand around doing nothing, but these employees did. There were no customers besides us and yet I watched them stand around not even working on our drinks.

I had a mobile order and I couldn’t get to it due to me thinking it was at a different restaurant. They said I can’t get a refund and they were going to throw my drink away.

Horrible customer service! Friendly voices but a friendly tone of voice doesn't camouflage bad service, it actually comes off as contemptuous.I don't recommend!

In January 2021, I ordered the Egg White Egg Bites, and bit down on two toenails in my food. I immediately contacted the Provo Starbucks, where I bought them, and they apologized and gave me my money back, which was nice, but not enough. I was sick for two days afterwards, which makes me wonder what other surprise ingredients were in it, and completely disgusted with Starbucks ever since. I'm really sad. I LOVED the egg white egg bites, and Starbucks has been my go-to cafe for years . After trying to contact Starbucks Corporate to resolve this for the last 11 months, I haven't had any resolution other than a perfunctory soooorrrryyy and a small gift card... for more Starbucks, and no follow up with my case # 210113-006654. The toenails in my food felt intentional, and someone needs to at least contact me. After trying to solve this privately, to no avail, I'm letting the public know. This problem needs to be fixed! Be warned. Your food at Starbucks may have more ingredients than you think.

I am such a big fan of Starbucks. Everything about it brings joy to me. The vibes, the triple-osmosis water, the music, the smells, the drinks, and the treats. I love their business model that allows people to chill out and visit or do homework or whatever. And the employees are always so nice! The experiences within Starbucks are always memorable and stress-free

Usually great!! Though every once in a while (like today) I receive a cold breakfast sandwhich and an extremely bitter coffee. The inconsistency is the only thing i don’t love here
