This sonic is always so slow. We came on an early afternoon and there were about half stalls open and no one would take our order for the first 20 minutes so we asked a worker and he said they were so packed, which was obviously not true. They were also out of chicken, which is like half the menu. When I asked the worker during our order of changing the drink on the combo would cost extra I got no response and he added it anyways, which did increase the total which I didn’t want to happen. He was rude and unprofessional.
My totts were cold, I got a chocolate shake and it was so grainy its like they never clean the machine. I went through the drive through and a cockroach flew on to the window. The Provo sonic is disgusting and is infested with rodents/bugs! I would never recommend anyone to injest anything from this establishment. I used to love sonic but the thought of cockroaches disgust me.
A co-worker of mine used the app to order ahead. I left on my lunch break to pick up the order that she requested to be ready at 12:25pm. I got there and told them why I was there and they said it would be out in a minute. I asked again at 12:45 pm as I was still waiting. I was watching People walk up and make new orders and leave before I do. It was super frustrating! I probably would've had better luck going through the drive thru. We will not be using this place anymore :(
Apparently the first time my response didn’t save, oops. Anyways! I love Sonic and the one in Provo is no different! Although it was super busy we still got everything from our online order!
Visit this location if you love waiting 30 min for their broken intercom! Granted, everyone is very understaffed rn, but at least put a sign to go up to the window, or use a stall instead of your broken intercom? K thanks! (Has happened every single time I've gone here in the past year)
Worst sonic. Went to get my son lunch before returning to school. Ordered on the app, checked in. There were no other cars there when I arrived. I waited 30 minutes after arriving for a cheeseburger and tots. Watched numerous cars come and go. Finally when I got out of my car to say something, they pushed the button to say they were coming. But not after watching the lady stand there with my order in her hands while she finished talking to the other worker. Tots were cold, burger was cold. I will not be back.
Awful customer service, the lady who took the order lied about the combo prices when you add a shake to it. Charged us more for them and after o showed her the fault was hers , she offered a gift card and then the manager which is a mexican lady came to the lobby and said that she can't give us anything because it was our fault to order the shakes instead of the regular drinks
Fun place for a night out with your friends. Eat from the comfort of your car or eat outside to enjoy the weather. Best time to go is after 10 to hangout and have good talks with your buddies.
Their food is so good. However sometimes the employees are not very nice. Like they might want to pretend like they like their job sometimes because the lady at the window was a total jerk but I will go back again I love to eat at Sonic
Sonic has such a large variety of foods and shakes. It really is hard to decide here when ordering. A few of my favorites here at Sonic is the BLT toaster, cookie dough blast, mozzarella cheese sticks, cheese burgers and there crispy crunchy taylor tots, the also have slushiest and you can add candy if you want.
