First, the chicken beacon ranch pizza is my favorite , and I think it is the best pizza ? in Provo. Additionally, I have lot of respect for the manager and his staff. Last Saturday after I picked up my order , I found out most of the slabs were little bit burnt and crispier, I called Slab Pizza and let them know , the manager immediately offered to replace my entire order have it ready in 15mns. I can say that their ultimate goal is to provide the ultimate satisfaction to all customers. I will always rate their service and foods 5 stars.
Pizza's really great. Thin-ish crust, but really interesting flavors. The staff is pretty nice, and serves reasonably fast. Although everything is made fresh, so not somewhere you can just drop by super quick. They do phone orders though.
We tried Slab pizza for the 1st time last night and were very disappointed. We ordered the Hawaiian and the Chicken Condon Blu. The crust was so bad it was very tough, it was not thin and crispy, it was like eating cardboard. I have never eaten cardboard but image this is what it would be like. The flavor of the pizzas was ok but a horrible crust turned it into a bad pizza.
Such good pizza! I love that you don't have to buy a whole pizza too. Makes things a little easier for the single people out there
This pizza is always amazing. The staff are happy and positive and welcoming. It's a good value!
Lowest slab (3 slices) cost $5.50 trending upwards. Big sitting area and in heart of BYU campus
I love slab!!! Been going to the one in Provo for years and the one all of the locations are great!! So many unique flavors to choose from. I like the chorizo potato egg and the Austin right now, but I've tried most of their flavors and always am happy with my choice.
Great pizza for a great price. Never ending flavors to pick from; I could eat here for a month straight and not get sick of it because of the variety they have to choose from. You can't go wrong with your choice. The salads are surprisingly good too, I tried the Thai Cucumber salad and loved it! Will always be the go-to, quick bite when I get a craving for pizza.
Interesting is all I am going to say. My mind is still processing what I think about it; for starters, the name needs to be taken literally. I still don’t quite understand why they shape their pizzas the way they do. As I waited for them to pull my pizza out of the oven, I saw them pull out what appeared to be a half of a pizza. Then, they cut off like 2 slices of pizza and gave me about 3 slices of pizza, so I was left with like a quarter of a pizza. It literally means “a slab of pizza.” At first I was pretty disappointed and thought I had just wasted $8 for what appeared to be a large slice of pizza. However, as it turns out, flavor is what I was mostly paying for. The tomato basil pizza that I ordered was probably one of the best tasting pizzas I had ever tried in my entire life. Not the best crust but I mean, the flavor makes up for it. My disappointment flew out the window and I eagerly enjoyed every bite of that pizza.Overall, it tastes great, but it’s too pricey for the portions they give. I really don’t get the gimmick behind the “quarter slice of pizza” thing. If it was for marketing purposes in order to compete against other businesses and somehow “stand out,” I don’t see how that would help. The flavor speaks for itself; there’s no need to make customers wait for a pizza that size. To be fair, each “slab” is equal to about 3 slices of pizza, so it’s not a total loss; however, for the price and waiting time, I was expecting a lot more.
A little bit more on the pricey side. But their Pizza is delicious. The UNM is amazing!
