Do you give this place 5 stars for totally fulfilling their duty of being a solid 3 star restaurant because you know when you go, you're gonna get 3 star service? Everything is solidly mediocre. Steak is always over cooked, cheese toast is good. Server was aloof and spilled the pitcher of water on a guy next to us, but was around enough we could get the essentials. Salad bar has enough stuff to make a solid salad. Ice cream is great!
I ordered an endless salad bar with a steak topper (steak on a skewer). Ate a plate of salad....no steak came. Had some soup...no sign of any steak. Waitress said it would be a few minutes. Got some dessert....no steak. 50 minutes after I had ordered..and no steak..... I just left.
We have been patrons at this Sizzler many many times over the years, and have always enjoyed the food and hospitality and of course the price has always been great! Tonight was like a completely different restaurant right from ordering our meal until we finally left! My spouse got her meal and it wasn't even brought to us by our waitress, then I never got my meal. I ended up sharing my wife's meal. By the time our waitress finally comes by we had decided we waited long enough and just told her we were done and wasn't waiting any longer. I did leave a 5 dollar tip anyway. It will be a long time before we visit this restaurant again.
Clean and inviting. No wait to get in was refreshing. The meal portions were smaller than I recall, especially considering the price. While the staff was friendly, I had to request drink refills more often than I would have preferred.
Man we stood in line for like forever Because they only had one cashier, if your lin is long bring on another cashier until the line is short or gone. We watched 4 couples.leave because the line was so long.The cashier got my order wrong, and she didn't ask me if I wanted sour cream on my potato. Thank goodness that the waitress was able to tell them how to make my steak. The salad bar was a hot mess and need things either refilled or cleaned up.Now other than having them fix my steak. (we were there for over and hour (date night)). The waitress only refilled out drinks 1 time. Other than that we could not even find her to get a refill. We were so disappointed.
At the end of the day you decided to Hava a dinner out, Sizzler always was a nice option, not so nice lately.Prices went up around 10% first week of 2022, that is not a surprise for anybody, but quality and service run down to the point that there is not a single soup spoon available only coffee /dessert size, also sounds like they can't keep kitchen personnel for long time because this is always the excuse to give you the steak cold and different cook point than asked, we like the steak medium well and we received burnt outside and barely cook inside, like the meat was cook too fast or it was marked and kept aside until the rest of the order was ready and put it on the plate at last second and sent to the table.Anyway, manager was advised of the situation and took care immediately bringing a new one that was correct.All in all is not a bad experience but needs to improve here and there.
Sizzler is always a good place to grab a bite to eat. The salad bar is decent, though it seems to be missing the ham and other proteins it used to have. The food overall is pretty good and plenty to fill you up for a reasonable price.
Great food! I had the all you can eat shrimp, I was so full by the time I waddled out of there. Try the strawberry lemonade! I had about nine glasses of it!
Delicious food ? here. Love the chicken wings, steak, the all you can eat shrimp ?, and fries. Excellent customer service as always. I totally recommend this restaurant to you all. Sizzled is worth the trip to eat there and have fun with friends and family.
The 5 stars are based on the experience that we had from a customer service stand point. Shannon, Jazzlin and Michael provided exceptional customer service. Shannon created such a memorable experience from start to finish. She embraced everyone remembered their drinks(9 people) and was table touching just enough to let is know that whatever we needed she can get it for us. Jazzlin, has worked for sizzlers for 3 years and continues to show the same great attitude day in and day out. I witnessed Michael, a manager servicing the restrooms and making sure they were up to par. All and all great team with a great vision on customer service. I truly hope that the Sizzlers Corporation understands that their food can be better and more affordable. If any area managers or the general manager read this, please remember to thank your employees and to recognize all of their efforts at the end of the day at least for this place their the only reason we will come back.
