Unbelievably fun. This establishment enchanted us from the moment we walked it. Clean, superb and enjoyable. I just didn’t expect the high side of the Provo dining experience would ever get to here!

We came on a whim to try some new pho and we weren’t disappointed. Everything tasted great. I got the P1 (beef) and my wife got the P10 (tofu and vegetables) and they bring the noodles out separate from the soup. We also got the fish nuggets, the spicy habanero wings (not too spicy) and the sunset roll. The sushi was good but the nuggets and wings were very good.Service was good and waters weren’t ever empty. For what it’s worth we had been here before it changed ownership / names and now it is much better. We will definitely be back!

We ordered for PickUp.Customer Service was awesome, Tony was able to fix my issue immediately, the pho' noodles were very tasty and the sushi rolls were very good, very nice dine in area with cool art on the walls, I very much recommend Saida Sushi&Noodle House, next time we will Dine In. ? ?? ?

This new place in Provo is every bit deserving of 5 stars. I’ve said that Saida is my go-to, must have, best place in Utah County for Pho. I’ve now put them up on my top best places to eat in Provo…periodt!! I love the way the Pho is served with the noodles separate from the pot of broth. It gives it a whole new flavor and experience. No one else does it the way they do (take note). The broth is so flavorful and packed with all the traditional spices. The service and welcome at Saida just adds to the wonderful experience. The sushi chef made our rolls fresh. Our family tried the mochi ice cream and boba ice cream desserts. The kids loved it. On our way out we just had to get a pic with the Saida crew. Go check them out on University Ave in downtown Provo.

My friend recommended this place and I decided to give it a try - I'm glad that I did! I ordered pho (P2) and they serve the noodles and the soup separately. I did end up putting everything in the soup, but the plating was really nice. I have never seen other restaurants serve pho like Saida. The broth tastes fantastic and the taste itself is enough without any extra sauce. The meat is tender and the sprout is fresh. The interior is well done and very neat. They have designs on every wall and it's interesting to see them. There's a chef making sushi when you walk right in and you can tell the owner and the servers do their very best to keep the place look good. Also, the bathroom is very clean and nice as well. The display at the counter is cool and you can grab some candy after you make a payment. I don't know much about designs but I felt like everything including chairs, tables, and even plates were fairly new. I usually care about the taste and the quality of the food, but this place has their place very neat too which makes your experience more enjoyable. The atmosphere is good, not too bright or too dark. I would definitely come back here to try out other menus.

I had such a wonderful time here. I booked a large party for an event, and they were very accommodating. Then when I forgot my left overs, they held onto them for me and let me in past their closing time to grab them. I really appreciate how considerate they were. Will be back!

We ate EVERY LAST OUNCE. The k-pop wings were to DIE for. Spring rolls were so fresh. We got the Hawaiian and Dynamite rolls, both were incredible. I’m a self proclaimed sushi critic and is this by far the best sushi in Provo.

I came here with a friend for lunch and got some sushi and a love lemonade drink. It was sooo delicious! I am loving what the new owners have done with the place. I had been to the old restaurant before this place was renovated and it was okay. But with the renovations and the changes to the menu I’m in love. The waiter was so friendly and helpful constantly checking in with us and making sure we had everything even though she was the only wine waiting tables at the time. My friend said his noodles were super delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

Such a cozy sushi place with great lighting, decorations, and music. The staff were SO nice. Everyone was nice. Our waitress was Olivia and she remembered everything she asked. A lot of waitresses can learn from her. Also tasty food and drinks.

This place is AMAZING! Best pho house in Utah County for sure! We ordered the Shrimp Killer roll, steamed edamame beans, and two phos. The staff is SUPER friendly, the restaurant is very clean, and the food came out hot and quick. We will definitely be coming back to Saida! THANK YOU!
