Had a great time there eating with a good friend of mine. The server was decently nice. I’ve only been in Red Robin several times. I have enjoyed there food.

Food was good, I can never say great but it's good. I love a good gimmick and this place is starting to have that mentality I have a cheeseburger that came with a "queso" bowl that I could dip my burger in.. sure like why? But it's fun sometimes to have that experience! It wasn't phenomenal but is was certainly fun and tasted exactly what you'd think it would taste like. My wife is IN LOVE with the chicken strips and fries and let's be honest, you can always win with great sauce and they have it friends. 4/5 Because I mean it's every other place like this. But fun!

A good selection and decent food. Service was a bit slow but that’s just because they’re pretty busy so not a big deal.

It was a bit busy so the seating took a while (party of 10) and the food was a tad slow but it was good! The fries are A+ and kept me occupied until the main course. Only snag was our soup was served cold but the server apologized quickly and immediately replace the soups. Overall not a bad experience.

This was my 1st time at the Provo Red Robin, and while my experience may have been a little bumpy, the manager, Mathew(?) went out of his way to make things right! It turned out that my order had been made up incorrectly, and when I brought this to their attention, I was treated with respect and an offer was made to immediately correct the error. Thank you for your quick response and great attitude. This is a great place! I encourage others to come and see!

Normally Red Robin is my "go to" for a gluten free burger, every location is usually super consistent with quality and service. This location was absolutely awful. Ordered the Madlove and my bun came out ROCK HARD STALE. Like break your tooth off on it hard. How the literal heck does something like that even make it out of the kitchen?! And when I told my server, they just took the extra cost of the gluten free bun off my ticket and I was stuck eating a now cold bunless burger. The food quality in general was also lower than the Red Robin standard, and I ended up getting sick after my meal as well, so they also do not care about cross contamination and allergies. Avoid at all costs if you have severe allergy reactions, they do not care!

I freaking love Red Robin. It is my favorite restaurant. My husband decided to take me on my birthday a few weeks ago. The lady said it would be an hour and a half wait. When we normally have gone, no matter what time they say, it takes no more than 30 minutes. We saw everyone go ahead of us and we still waited. There was a couple before that never got a text and were told they would have to re-enter the line and that it happens a lot. We waited an hour and a half and still nothing. At that point, we didn't want to ruin the night, so we went to another place. The whole restaurant was empty and there were four workers in the front ignoring people and not doing anything. I had to try to get their attention a few times so that they could put us in line. We went back a week later and the wait time was better, but the food quality was not how it normally is. I always thought Provo was one of the best locations of Red Robin. Looks like I will have to drive north to get better service. The photo is from when we were leaving, there was no one seated and a massive line.

The food took 1 1/2 hours to get to our group and the chocolate shake I ordered was more of a smoothie than the malt I had envisioned. The fries were okay, but that's because they were offered until the actual meal came. The cheeseburger wasn't anything to write home about and didn't have a full set of toppings with things like pickles or onions. It was mostly lettuce and tomato with the patties and American style cheese. It had something similar to fry sauce on it and that I could get behind, however there was so little of it that the burger felt almost kinda dry to me. The only saving grace was that I was there for a "working lunch" with my department from my job and the food was free. I also got paid to eat at Red Robin so I guess there's that. If you're curious, I ordered a reds double tavern, steak fries, and a classic size chocolate malt.Honestly it would have been a waste of money in any other circumstance. My hats off to the waiter though for being attentive and checking on us through the whole ordeal. Apparently it was really busy because of the holidays with a lot of other large groups.

I'm a huge fan of Red Robin! The last couple times we have come, however, the food has been off. The bottom bun of the burgers has been a soggy and the fries have been undercooked. To be fair, these past couple times have been very busy, and I know the entire restaurant industry has found themselves understaffed. And the service has been good both times!

I love this Red Robin’s, this is the first time I have been here in utah and this made the experience so much better!! The waitresses are super kind and only had to wait to be seated 5 mins. The decorations are amazing and fun!! Every where I looked there was something new and cool to see. Also LOVE the lego burger ?
