Chicken was tender and juicy. Not dry at all. The wait was pretty long but it seemed to turn over quickly and we were able to sit. The larger meal is the box combo and the other was a kids meal. Both filling and came with drinks. We also really liked the bread.
Ordered online and it said it would be ready by 8.47. We showed up at 8.50 and food wasn’t ready(no big deal) I asked a worker nicely and they said it’s almost done. We waited another 30 minutes and talked to 2 more employees before anything happened with our food. Luckily a super nice girl came up to us and single handily put our order together. Long story short. DO NOT ORDER ON MOBILE APP. Everything gets disregarded. We weren’t the only ones this happened to, there where multiple people who had the same problem. Plus chicken tasted burnt(imagine the inside of a smoker house smell and put that into the taste)
Cane's is a favourite of mine as a Texas transplant and never disappoints. Service is always fast and friendly, and I've never had an order messed up. Best chicken fingers in the biz, yummy crinkle-cut fries, delicious Texas toast, and the most amazing sauce!
The chicken was great, will not lie. Service was fast, people were nice.. Here's my only beef:I ordered and paid for extra sauce, and they didn't give me any! I was sad. Also, the foil cut me, so I marked my lack of sauce in blood! (No, I'm not creepy).
A fabulous place for a some fried chicken and a fairly price meal. Went here with family and friends and it was tasty. I don't know if it is better than Popeye's chicken, but they are both pretty close. I really liked the Peanuts branding throughout the restaurant the indoor and outdoor seating - that was nice. Their menu is simple to understand and order and thus the food is served quickly. There was a small line when we went there for lunch, but it moved fast. The food was warm, great tasting chicken, and the fries were good too. If you get lemonade, nope, there are no free refills and that is probably a good thing for I normally drink too much fountain drinks when they are free. Would I go back? Yes, mostly likely within the next six to seven weeks.
Another great chain introduced to the Utah market - a solid place to get tenders and fries! Can’t go wrong with some Texas Toast & Canes sauce on the side. Despite this location being immensely busy, the staff was very kind, efficient & quick!
The food is good, but the service was terrible. I had to wait almost an hour for a simple order. And then when it was finally made, it was put on a shelf and I wasn’t told it was done. AND THEN we get home and realize that they didn’t give us the correct amount of chicken strips. Very disappointed. Extremely frustrating.
Chicken tastes amazing, it’s crispy yet soft enough your kids can eat it. Kids meals are actually a good amount and size, see second photo I posted. Pretzel bread is good also. The menu is simple but legit. The staff are friendly and courteous. The drive thru line was long but we got through the line pretty quick. Great place!
Raisin' Canes is wildly popular, and I LOVE fried chicken, so it seemed like an obvious match. Unfortunately they did not live up to the hype for me.Is In n Out the best burger? No, but they make a great burger and they're consistent. Raisin' Canes has consistently high quality chicken that is cooked perfectly, unfortunately the breading tastes like you just put a teaspoon of dry flour in your mouth.I would choose another chicken restaurant with better flavors, even if I might get a poorly executed chicken finger every once in a while. 3 stars seems unfair because they do a good job, 4 stars seems too high because I really didn't enjoy myself, and it was my third time.Sauce options are sparse, you better LOVE canes sauce because that's what you're gonna get.Overall a great establishment with excellent service and consistent chicken, but the menu is too limited for my taste, and the breading recipe doesn't allow me to enjoy the well cooked chicken.
The Chinken fingers were savory, fresh and tender The Box was good enough for me. I'll deff come back here?
