Worst experience I ever had with Pizza Hut. Ordered a family size chicken Alfredo order with cheesesticks and wings and drink, and when I get there I only receive the pastas and wings that’s it. I had to go back in and get my drink and dipping sauce and cheesesticks just to find out they don’t have any more? Why was I able to order them online then? I didn’t even have a choice to get refunded? I practically got robbed in here! Please fix how you handle customers from now on! Horrible customer service.
Idk if you can tell but this pizza was all dough. Ordered from doordash and went to eat a couple pieces on my lunch break and it was severely undercooked! Like it was raw dough. Like seriously? Never ordering from here again. Ick.
Ordered online for carryout. Arrived at the store to locked doors. Called 3 times just to be hung up on 3 times when I mentioned I'm here. I just want a refund and can't get that.
Did you guys use old dough or pull frozen dough straight out to make this? Did you seriously not proof the dough? Idk what even happened here but this pizza was awful. I used to be a shift leader for Pizza Hut and this location is a mess.To top it off, I decided to tip the crew on the app. Never again! I can in for my order when the guy at the counter tells me to wait while he runs out, grabs his wallet, and starts buying his own meal. When questioned by the manager, he says he's "helping a customer". Finally she came out, but wow.This pizza was awful, the service was worse. Get your act together! Take the time to make it right! I wouldn't have minded a call saying you needed to extend or change it.
I've had run ins twice with this location, the lady manager has hung up on me in the middle of orders, I finally got an order in and they said I had to go to the location to pick it up because they didn't have a driver. went to the location to get a pizza and they closed the doors on me even though I was standing there. I called and all she said was that they would refund me, which hasn't happened. That is unprofessional, customers should come first. Another time I ordered half of my order was not there and when I called the store to finish the order, she said they were out of the product. I'm not usually a complainer, bus something needs to change with this store. They are very unprofessional. I'm going to Dominos from now on, they have much better service.
Fantastic service, food tasted great, super fast. Dallas, the manager, helped us and was just fantastic. Can't recommend enough :)
The online ordering was so simple. Our pizzas arrived on time by such a nice delivery driver.

On Christmas eve I set up a order to this store for 5:30 to get 40 bucks in pizza, they deliveres it at 2:30 which was way too early for the party I had set up. I tried to contact the store directly and got put on hold for over 30 minutes twice. Was forced to call a pizza hut help line. I was contacted by the regional manager steve on the 27th after Christmas. He said I'd get credit for 40 dollars. I have yet to get that credit and I'm being ignored when I try to email him. Bad place take your business elsewhere
Ordered online today. It's been an hour and a half and still says they are making my pizza which is understandable if they are busy on Christmas eve but that was not even close to the estimated time I got online. So I call thier phone number to see how long it would be. I get the call center and they say they will transfer me and then they hang up. So I call again. They transfer me and I'm on hold a for 20 min. So I then decide I want to cancel and hangup and call back. They tell me they cannot do anything they hang up again. I finally get to customer service an they say it could take 3 business day to get a response to see if I can cancel and get a refund?! Okay never going here again. I wish I could have just gotten ahold of the store to cancel. The way that pizza hut is ran is frustrating. Never gonna order from here again. Hopefully I get my money back ?
