Not the first time ordering, normally good pizza but this time it came with something special inside! Guessing a peice of the sauce packaging. ?Manager blamed morning prep, and offered a remake. We declined, but was really disappointed she didnt take responsibility. Otherwise I'd have just brushed it off. Will order again for sure. Call it a fluke.
Well pizza ? was cold and driver rolled her eyes back at me cuz I ask to leave it at my door I love papa jones before but it was a bad experience long time waiting for delivery ?
I ordered a pizza yesterday at 5:04. They said it would be 20-30 min. Two hours later it finally arrived. Cold.During the prolonged wait I tried three times to call and get a status. Even tried to escalate my issue to a Manager. No one answered via the phone prompts, so I finally called as if ordering a pizza, and the person who answered transferred me to a phone that rang 30 times before I hung up.The driver knew he was inexcusably late, but could do nothing to offer a discount or make good. Terribly frustrating experience, made worse by the Store’s disinterest in making this right.
A snowstorm hit Utah today. Way too many orders and there were only three carriers available. We encountered a technical issue and we were upset about the situation. Syndyl, who was the manager, was busy working on other orders with the employees, decided to take the time and listen to our concerns empathically. We felt understood by her and she successfully resolved the issue. Kudos to Syndyl.
I am inclined to give this location the benefit of the doubt because Papa John's Pizza is typically so good. However, my pizza today was a little dry, and hard to swallow. The toppings were huge. I prefer my topics chopped up a little smaller. Overall, it just wasn't what I expected from a Papa John's. However, this may have been an isolated event. As I mentioned, Papa John's is typically very good.
Pizza and the bread sticks were both over baked. Charred dough is just not that tasty and enjoyable.
Don’t do it! I called the store to follow up on my order. The order was running 15-20 mins late is all and the only thing they said was it’s on its way. When asked what the delay was I was told they just got busy. I asked why not up the wait time so customers know so we don’t have to call in and he said good idea and just repeated its on the way and told me to have a good night. Wow so much for just checking up on an order and getting any service.

The delivery driver doesn’t know how to read numbers apparently and tried to tell me I didn’t know my own address. I didn’t receive my pizza and had to go to the apartments next door becuz apparently 11 and 19 are so similar. I’d suggest looking at the address again and asking for ID before handing off a pizza.
Just about every time I order the garlic Parmesan crust they forget to do it. More often than not the delivery is 30-45 minutes later than their latest estimate. Scheduled an order for pickup today. When we walked in they said “it’s in the oven”; turns out that was a lie, as 30+ minutes later theres still no pizza, and their best response is “we’re working on it”.Great quality pizza, abominable customer service. Some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.
