Visited on May 2nd, 2022Overall: Will not be returning. Not only were the portion sizes very small, but this is my first time eating out and seeing such a blatant display of racism at a restaurant.Pros:The location is clean. They have Black Pepper Chicken.Cons:Location is easy to miss.Parking lot is extremely small.Portion sizes are much smaller than normal at the same price (60% usual side, 40% usual entrée).Cashier started helping another customer rather than give me my change and food and made me wait an extra 5 minutes to get either.Fried rice was slightly undercooked and the Beijing beef tasted like it had been sitting out for at least a couple of hours.Soda tasted off, like the machines haven't been cleaned.Cashier charged an elderly half-native woman double for her order of spring rolls and snapped at her several times that they didn't have any coins while she was trying to count out exact change and refused to give her a water cup. I would like to point out that both of the employees (a young white woman and a middle aged asian man) present treated everyone who wasn't white/asian, those who wore worn clothes, and those who dressed in alternative styles in this manner.
The Beijing Beef tasted like gross soapy water like the pan hadn't been cleaned fully. Generally my experience with Panda Express has been pretty good but I will never return to this location again. I didn't even feel safe to feed it to my dogs and had to throw it all away.
Coupons weren't accepted 2 different times.Bought the gift card deal where they give you a free bowl. It says very clearly in the small print that it can be used at any store. The coupon was within the date of being able to be used as well. It was not accepted.Emailed customer service for corporate and got no response 2 separate times. Finally got a response on Twitter, where they sent me a free plate. I felt I should get the bowl back that had expired too, but they didn't agree, so oh well.Went to use the free plate at this location and it was rejected yet again. No response from corporate customer service.I'm out a bowl, and I'm also out about an hour and a half of my time.
I think this location has the most consistent quality of food. However the parking and access is very poor so I removed one store. The service is fast and the employees are polite.
I ordered catering for an event and the customer service I received from the manager, Xiu, was amazing! She was so easy to work with and went above and beyond. I will definitely use this store in the future for events!
The Manager Hui lacks basic common sense. We placed an order online and it went through, we had an order number, receipt and transaction on our card and he said it didn’t go through on his system and therefore could not give us our food. We called technical support to try and cancel it and they said the order had already gone through and been completed so it couldn’t be canceled. The manager still refused to give us the food we payed for. This is horrible customer service and he shouldn’t be involved in any industry that customers are present.
The place gets crowded easily, but the employees there are quick to get the orders done. They are very busy but has a good customer service. I love the familiar taste here ?
Thr food was regular Panda Express nothing fancy…. But , it might as well been a self serve checkout!!!! No LOVE!!! Nothing!!! Not even a Chicano head nod!!! You know when we move our heads up then down, Q’uvo!?? Nothing!!!! Collllllddd!! Like them eggrolls….
I love this place. It is Panda Express, so if you're familiar with the experience, there isn't much to say. If you've never been, I find the food to be the ideal standard for fast food Chinese style. Beijing beef is always my favorite. They actually brought black pepper chicken back, so I was elated. The price isn't bad, especially for the proportions you get. This particular location is a very quick one, but the parking lot can only fit 15 cars or something like that, so that could be why.
I mean, if you’ve been to Panda, you have been to all. One of my favorite go to quick bite restaurants. This one in particular is super friendly and typical fast service, especially compared with other fast food places in this college town. Only problem I had was over a year ago, when I first moved in, the food tasted subpar and the server was rude, granted we were all wearing masks (making it hard to understand and making it a need to yell) and it was rush hour, but since then I have not had a problem.
