Order online hoping I don't have to wait. Show up at the appointed time only to have to wait 30 minutes for my food. I saw a whole line come and go before I got my food.
I order takout from here a few times a year. Normally it is a good experience. Earlier tonight a manager helped me and she did two things I am not impressed with.1. the fried rice tray was about 3/4 empty. I watched her put a fresh batch of fried rice on top of the remaining rice. Good for me because I got fresh rice. Bad for someone who is getting the old rice at the bottom, who knows how long it lasts down there.2. I ordered the peppered angus beef and walnut shrimp noodles. both items you have to pay extra for. The servings were smaller than normal. I am sure the manager did this because she is more aware of food costs, but in the past the serving sizes of these two items have always been larger.
Not sure if it's a result of the mall dying and this location trying to make their food stretch out, but my food was horrible! My Beijing beef was more like soup. Super soggy. Chow mein was subpar.Would give them 1 star, but I believe part of the problem is the mall itself.
They didn't have Honey Sesame Chicken, which is a major negative point in my book. Would probably give 5 stars if they had had that available.

So there soda fountain is down then I order the Bowl as they’re out of several items asked how long it would take she said it would be done in five minutes yeah right it was 20 minutes then it comes out and they Start serving to customers that are coming through the line so I had to ask for mine and this is the portion I got ridiculous
this one is always super busy, and the customers are so rude. I do door dash, and dread going here because of the customers yelling at me for not waiting in line. the employees are awesome, but bless their hearts for dealing with the customers here.
Fast, friendly and the customer service is amazing.
Over half an hour till close and they wouldn't make any more food for our party of 11. If they aren't going to actually serve their customers during their stated open hours then they should change what their hours say.
30 minutes till close and they had 4 almost empty entrees to choose from and we’re not making anymore. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Going to a different location next time.
