We had absolutely horrible service here! So bad that we spoke to a manager there that ended up comping our entire meal. Josh, the manager must of had a conversation with the server in the kitchen right after we complained because the server then came out and gave a nastiest look to my elderly mother then laughed. We come to this place OFTEN but will never be back now. We had to explain the situation to the manager several times for him to even offer a discount. After him seeing the server give a dirty look then he comped our whole meal. This company should be embarrassed to employ such a disrespectful server.I do want to add our meal was fantastic. Delicious food. Just horrible service.

I had not been to Olive Garden for about 15 years. So, the prices for items were higher then I remembered. However, besides that, it was busy around 6pm on a weekday. We waited at least 20 minutes to start to order. At which point a server informed us that she will find the server for our Table. She came back and told us she could not find our server so she will take care of us, which was very nice of her. I was disappointed after I got the first raspberry lemonade that has free refills, I asked for a second. The server informed me they were out of any lemonade. However, The calamari was great! My wife and I got the soup and salad which was good and least expensive. The couple we were with had a problem with cheese and gluten-free. I was frustrated with the wait time that it took a while.

Came in to eat tonight with my sister who was visiting from out of state! We had such a good experience :) Seth was our server and he was so so sweet to us! He was always helpful and checking on us. If you come here definitely try and get him as your server, we hope we see him again when were back! The food was also of course great! All the staff was so friendly <3

Olive Garden is always a favorite! I got the salmon and it was prepared perfectly and was very tasty. Breadsticks are always amazing too.The service was friendly and helpful, but it seemed like they were too busy to check in on us. If we wanted something extra like salt and pepper, or refills we had to get their attention. No major issues, perhaps just a younger staff, or busy. We will definitely come back because we love the food choices and the atmosphere.

I've been to this location several times now over the past 7 years, and it's always been enjoyable! The food is good, waiting for it never took very long, and everyone I've talked to there is always friendly. Shoutout to Katie, the waitress we had today - my whole family kept talking about how nice she was and how well she knew her stuff.

Just a reminder Utahns just want quantity and don’t value Quality. Olive Garden getting 4.5 stars with over 2k reviews says it all. Do you want to get full off of empty starches, oil, and salt? This is your place. Do you want good quality Italian food? Better luck making it yourself.Don’t trust reviews here giving 5 stars to food sharing more in common with cat vomit than Italian food. And don’t get me started on the “bread sticks.”I went, I ate, salad and appetizers were alright and I had a fun time with family. But we need to call a spade a spade. This isn’t 4+ star quality food by any stretch of the imagination. Or is it worth $20+ per plate.

This is one of my favorite eateries. I rarely give five stars unless there was exceptional food or service. My server was helpful, cordial and professional. The food was good and as in the Italian tradition, the portion size was generous. For the food, service, taste and value - The Olive Garden is a sure winner.

They always have good food. My kids love the Zeppolis. The gluten-free options have gotten better over time. I used to eat gluten and loved all of their dishes, but now my body no longer tolerates it. If they’d do more gluten-free options, and make some sugar-free drinks as well (besides water), I’d go there more often.

My family and I go here often, and it’s always great, awesome service, fast, good food, etc etc. The most recent time I went today with my sister, we had this waiter named Seth (with the blue hair). He was awesome!!! He was so nice, he was fast, helpful, and super accommodating. He even brought us some free dessert for our Sunday celebration!!! He was so nice. He deserves all the praise. Would’ve tipped way more than 20% if we had the cash! Honestly, love this place. My celebration go to.

We were greeted by an enthusiastic young man (I didn't catch his name or name tag, I am so sorry! You were amazing gray mask!) whom gave us a lovely table at the window so we could see the view after we had mentioned we were from out of town. The waiter, Cooper, was quick to our table, very knowledgeable about the whole menu and helped me decide on a drink. He brought soup and salad, then the ap, then the main dishes with flawless timing. (Which means the kitchen has a great team as well, love that! I see you back of house ;). )Very attentive, quick as to not interrupt or hover. Drink refills were on point. On our way out the same person that sat us, opened doors for us and wished us a wonderful evening.Perfect end to a very stressful day.10/10 this locations staff makes you feel so comfortable, the food was cooked and presented perfectly, and has great timing.
