NOODLES:JAPANESE PAN NOODLES: burned black marks on noodles, tasted dark and a bit too spicy, too much thick noodle.PESTO CAVATAPPI: tasted fantastic! A little small but it’s only $7.ALFREDO MONTAMORE: It doesn’t say on the menu but you can opt for no chicken for $3 less, for a total of $7.The cauliflower rigatoni in roasted garlic cream sauce is so salty I couldn’t finish it. I asked if I could get a few more noodles to dilute the sauce but she said they would charge me $1.The tortellini had way too much cheese on it.The spaghetti tasted too spicy for my toddler. Sometimes you have to haggle with them to substitute broccoli for meatballs.SALADS:CHICKEN VERACRUZ SALAD: tastes great But the dressing is way too spicy. Wish they had a ranch. Caesar tastes nauseatingly fishy. The other dressing is spicy too. They allow people to enter without masks which is great.
I’ve been going to Noodles for years and each time I get the same dish. I’ve noticed the decline for the past several months. This time was my worst tasting experience. The broccoli was barely cooked. The udon noodles were barely coated in sauce. They should be nice and caramelized with a thick sauce that takes a bit of time to develop. The potstickers were boiled but no longer pan fried. Either the cooks are under a massive time crunch or getting lazy. Really disappointed.
I've been really impressed with the management here. I went here and had a bad experience so I reached out to them about my concerns and they were really good to me. They included a voucher for a free bowl and encouraged me to give them another chance. I did, and food was really good!
The Provo location was freezing cold with the AC actually running in December. Instead of enjoying our meal in the restaurant we left and ate it at home. The place was also really dirty. The tables were filthy and most of the soda offerings were not available with only one working soda machine. So many flavors were out. This experience was very disappointing. Our food tasted good but not sure we will be returning. We asked about the cold air and they said there was nothing that could be done about it.
I’ve eaten a lot of noodles over the years. Some might even call me a noodle connoisseur. Here’s the thing. These noodles slap. They slap like an angry girlfriend. But unlike an angry girlfriend, they’re fire. So fire they almost burnt me. But they didn’t burn me. They loved me. And I love them. In conclusion, here is a poem I wrote about them:Some dogs are poodlesI like to eat noodlesNoodles and company is the bestI’ll buy oodles and oodlesTo the others I say toodlesTheir efforts are futileNoodles and company -The company with the best noodles.
I specifically asked for no mushrooms on the online ordering, it was on my receipt and everything, but when I opened my food, mushrooms! Yes, I could pick them out, but the flavor kind of ruined my dinner. Please have your employees read the instructions for online orders, this is really frustrating.
Staff unfamiliar with their own rules for COVID. Despite multiple signs saying they allowed dine-in they initially said all orders had to be to-go. After we pointed the sign out, they said we could stay. Then they insisted we order online. When their online ordering crashed and they refused to help us resolve the issue or turn on the cash registerWe went next door to Kokonut Island Grill and left an extremely generous tip.
Great food and the guy who, at the cashier, said it was his first day, did an awesome job with my crazy order. Thanks again
Horrible location take 20 minutes over pick up time and waiting for 20+ more waiting for my extra pesto sauce I specifically asked for that they forgot somehow… this happens 9/10 times and they rip you off on sauce most dry noodles for being a “pasta” this location 0/10 the Orem location highly recommended
Noodles were good. They took quite a while getting our to-go order ready but gave us two free meals so I can't complain
