Yikes! This used to be one of our favorite burgers restaurants. Today it took over 45 minutes for us to get our food. Our sweet potato fries were way under cooked and inedible. Our order was wrong. The restaurant was absolutely filthy! The trash cans were over flowing. They were out of multiple menu items. They were obviously understaffed. This was the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant in 10+ years. Sad!

The food here is good, nothing mind-blowing about the burger but it measures up to the price. They do have better than average fries and the shakes are pretty good. It is a bit longer wait, though not bad, because the food is fresh. A few minor downsides. There didn't seem to be any kind of management or anything anywhere, just a couple high school kids. Not necessarily a problem, but there should always be a supervisor on the floor in my opinion in case something happens. I also saw the kid making my burgers touch his clothes with his gloves multiple times without changing them. He had an airpod in as well which made me feel like he wasn't really listening to me. Overall decent experience though.

We love the food but every time we come it’s SO dirty. It needs a really good deep clean. The floor, tables, windows, chairs, everything has a layer of grime. I’m only posting a review in hopes that the owners take note and clean it before they lose business!

Ordered for delivery. Opened the bag pulled the burger out and opened it up and it looked like whoever made it dropped it on the floor and picked it up and threw it back in the wrapper. Looked like a pile of garbage. The fries were soggy and cold. Felt bad for the driver that had to deliver my food because he did a excellent job. I will not be going back ever.

Jeff provided the best customer service I’ve had in a restaurant in 2 years. He let me know he appreciated me as a customer, he delivered my order to me and again was very friendly (the food was great!). When passing through he checked in on me and noticed I was out of sauce and asked if I needed more- which he brought to me. Jeff- thank you for the great experience.

I’ve been to Mooyah about three times now and it’s definitely one of my favorite burger places. I love the angus beef and the quality of their fries. Jessica was more than accommodating with the customizations on our orders and always serves our food with a smile! We love JESSICA! She’s got good energy and very friendly. We love their shakes too. I always ask for mint Oreo!

My wife and I dropped in a while ago for the first time. We were immediately greeted by a kind, hospitable, and warm gentleman by the name of Jeff Hodges. He’s the manager there. We “talked story” and felt immediately like we were honored guests at his own home, like we were long time friends. I noticed him multi tasking between keeping the kitchen moving and being the interface of southern hospitality, a great ambassador and representative of the business. We were impressed by his efficiency and effectiveness, it was like a kind, gentle version of Gordon Ramsey!! A true anomaly! His crew, you could tell, looked up to him and respected him and relied on his wisdom and servant-like leadership. He didn’t hang out in the office but got in there with them as part of the team! Now the burger: it was quintessentially perfect! The beef was high quality, and beautifully flavored. As we devoured the burger, we looked at each other and multiple times commented how incredible the burger was. Art!A restaurant is only as good as it’s leaders and I’m glad Jeff Hodges is at the Helm. I hope the owners understand the gem that he is for the business. Thank you for the ambiance, the humanity, and the excellency of that burger. You gained a customer for life!!

I used to love this place and would eat here regularly but for the last few months it is either closed entirely or “online only” and I never know until I drive all the way here. 3 of the last 5 visits in the last 2 months I have not been able to actually eat food as they were closed. All 3 times during lunch right around 1pm. I don’t want them to go out of business but I don’t see how they can survive if they’re burning their most loyal customers.

It's a little pricey and the hours have been a little all over the place since COVID, but even still, my wife and I love going here. The burgers are delicious and they are very generous with their fry portions, which is my favorite. Their shakes are really good and overall it's an enjoyable place to eat!
