This is a 24-hour McDonald’s. It’s only 10 PM on a Tuesday and there’s no ice cream? And this isn’t the first time this has happened. This is a normal time in a college/family town for people to get dessert. If you’re not going to have ice cream, just put a sign outside before people go through the drive through and have to wait in the long line to find out that there isn’t any and then have to wait even longer to get out of line. Easy solution. Do better.

McDonald's must be hurting for suplies.Just order 10 mins ago. 4 burgers 2 fries. I told them second time to at window catchup oinion only on 1 burger. They tried... by wiping off mustard rather than make new one. If I was allergic I would be rich but dead.

My order was shorted food after asking them to double check the order. Drove back because my kid wanted what he ordered, explained what happened to the voice in the box. literally all Annette said was to pull up to the 2nd window. When I get to the 1st window she repeats her 2nd window instructions. When I reach the 2nd window, Jaron, the shift manager, explains they no longer serve breakfast. Why didn't they tell me this from the get go? He keeps asking who told me to keep waiting and keeps looking back at the other employees, trying to find who to blame instead of fixing the problem. He gives me my money back since they can't fry an egg now because of the time.. Never an apology for wasting my time, disappointing my family and all done with that strange, Stepford Wives, Chick-fil-A, infuriating fake smile. Terrible experience handled even more poorly.

Managers seem like they hate their livesNo customer service skills.Food was hot.Stop replacing your employees with computer machines, people want that personal touch when they go out to eat even if it's just fast food.

Bought my son a kids meal today, they gave him rotten apples which is really concerning and disappointing. The fries were also cold enough my son said ewe I don’t want these, keep in mind he’s 3 and is not that picky especially when it comes to McDonald’s so if he said that than clearly it was NOT good, I wish I could find an email to directly contact the owner and see what they can do to fix this, I spend a lot of money here and I’m not sure I would ever go to this location again after this. These apples are ROTTEN!

Quick turnover rate in the drive thru. Even when it's looking like you'll be there forever they somehow keep it going pretty quick. I was very satisfied with that part. Some of my order was not good by the time I got home and the burgers still had onions all over them and being allergic to onions meant most of my order went straight to the trash. Hopefully they will pay closer attention to the details so they don't end up killing someone. But all in all it's a good place to go.

Congrats! You've found the worst McDonalds ever... literally every time I've ordered they've messed up the order. Drive through? Everything is wrong. Door Dash? Half of your order will be wrong. They've never got an order 100% right.

We were in line for drive thru and we we’re trying to decide what we wanted and they kept asking when we just said one second, and then the lady pipes back and said “second is up, order when your ready” that was kind of a rude comment! That was unacceptable that is not how you should treat your customers! If I could give them 0 stars I would!! They are rude and the food is not that great anyways!

Sometimes when I have an unquenchable craving for Big Mac sauce, they let me pay $3 and they squirt as much sauce in my mouth as I can handle.Just kidding. I order a Big Mac and chicken nuggets for my dog.
