The ambiance of this McDonald's is above the bar. It is cozy inside and clean, which is much better than any of the other McDonald's in this area. The only problem is that it seems that every time I go, their soda machines inside are broken and they mess up whichever drink I ask them to fill at the counter lol. But all in all, one of my favorite McDonald's I've ever been in. ?

I eat at McDonald's way more often than I should, so I go to a lot of different locations, and this one is the worst. It always has terribly slow service, the order isn't always accurate, and the staff isn't the best. Even if this location is closer I'll usually go to a different one because it will be faster in the long runTonight we waited in the drive through for about 40 minutes. The machines were broken so we could only pay cash, but they didn't put up a sign or anything. Lots of people waited in line just to find out it was cash only then left

I've never had a problem with this place till today.The cashier at 12am mid night, was very unprofessional. She didn't know the deal that they have going on there own window, I asked if a certain sandwich is the deal and she said "No" I think asked which ones are they then? And she said she doesn't know. So I said "Okay, we will take a picture and come back" we did as such and when we came back to the window to re order she just laughs, at this point we got mad and annoyed, there is no reason for this kind of behavior. We finally made it to the window and had to ask the other cashier and she fixed our order, the previous cashier messed up our order and didn't do her job right. This is disappointing. On top of that we just found out they still messed up our order, we didn't get 2 sandwiches we order and are on our way back now to get them....sigh this is so disappointing.

Not happy with this location today, specially after the way they spoke to me. For starters I order online my phone was dying so I needed to get a charge quick to get the bonus points for the rewards program. Let me just tell y'all how warm it was after a short, but cold bike ride from the front runner. Anyways, can you believe they almost the second I sat down they switch the ac on? Weird I thought, but at that same time they cut off the power and my phone dies. I walk up to the front to see what was going on an the cashier already has an attitude with me saying she don't control the power, I asked to speak with a manager to explain that I needed my phone for the mobile order, the employee rudely responds an says " good luck" am snickers off. To make matters worse the manager comes to me as unprofessional as you can imagine and explains the power isn't for guests. After she refused to turn on the power she begins to include that maybe I should go plug it in to my car. This women knew I rode my bike so I'm not sure what that comment was about, not only was I insulted for not having a vehicle but I can hear people behind the registers make rude comments an slick remarks about me in Spanish like I don't understand, Me illamo Héctor like hello?. This isn't my first time at this location some I'm completely confused on the behavior I received an why it suddenly changed? Please don't tell me cause it's Black History Month, cause I do not control that. Sincerely a completely upset and dissatisfied customer.

The the burger was raw. Not just a little pink but raw. Then they would not take our order and said to use kiosk. Kiosk didn't work so we told them and she said go through the drive thru ??? Then we tried to pay with a new $100 bill and they would not take it. ??? We will never return. Probably best for our health anyway. ?

Bought 2 $3 bundles and they forgot the burgers… this isn’t the first time they forgot to put food in my bag that I ordered. I am hangry while writing this. I just got off a 10 hour shift and needed something in my system fast. Fries doesn’t cut it. This place lacks communication and efficiency. 0/10!!

The past year there has been lots of turn over and hiring and inefficient training. I felt like I got the right food on a hope and a prayer.Also, it was night, and I asked for hot cocoa and was denied because the machine(?) was being cleaned. It's a commonly used excuse for the ice-cream machine as well, but That's usually "broken". I must say, they could've easily been completely truthful. It's just that darn cursed reputation of all U.S. Mcdonalds at night.The worst was getting the small fries, and that little amount was cold, short, and excessively burnt, like the last scrapings of a batch.Frankly, it was just depressing after a tiring day. ??‍♀️

This morning I ordered 2 sausage McGriddles for my husband and when he woke up to eat them there was something missing- the egg and sausage! So my husband went back in to get his order correct and the manage was super rude and blamed it on me. Said I ordered it wrong in the drive thru. I would never order a SAUSAGE McGriddle without the SAUSAGE. Super rude customer service. Won’t be returning

I went to this McDonald’s like I normally do on 12/27/2021 around 12am. I was gonna go through the 24hr drive-through but not only one lane was closed off, but both lanes and no piece of paper or sign explaining why. Usually when it’s this late only one is but two? I know they weren’t closed because all of the lights were on and I saw at least two staff members in there. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but it seems like they closed off the drive-through so they didn’t have to do anything during their shift. If that’s not the case then I would like to know why they closed off the driveway. I went online to see if I could figure anything out but couldn’t find any reason why the drive-through would be closed.
