Went there on a date. Food was great and customer service was incredible. We ordered two pizzas which came out to about $25 but then the worker told us about a special which gave us a salad and a drink with our pizzas for $10 each. So the total then came out to $20 and we got more food. This guy was so nice (I wish I remembered his name). He brought us our food to our table and he even told us that one of the pizzas got slightly burnt so they would remake it for us. Didn’t take long at all to get our food. Quality was great! To top it all off, my date left her mask there so she called them after and they dug through the trash to get it (I must have thrown her cloth mask away without noticing) and then put it in a ziplock bag for her to come pick up later. I will definitely be going back.

Preserved a specialty pie for Thanksgiving and when I got there they didn’t have it. Made no apologies and did nothing for me. Terrible customer service.
Not being from the area I was really impressed with my first visit to Kneaders. Definitely a step up from those used to Panera or Corner Bakery. nice atmosphere. great food
Pizza is great! They always are fadt and fresh. A bit greasy when fresh but let it sit or put it in the fridge and its the best breakfast ever.Customer for life.
We were excited for Malawi's to reopen. Service was great and timely. The pizza on the other hand was extremely disappointing. Especially the gluten free pizza, they used to have the most amazing gluten free pizza around.
