This was my favorite places to order food from until last night I was really let down?.I order out like I usually do and spent about 35 bucks after receiving my delivery and making a plate of food I start to eat.Almost done with my plate I spot a hair in the food.??Wow I immediately stop and call to tell them there's a hair in my food. The lady instantly remembered who I was after explaining why I called back she didn't give me any option told me she can replace the dish for free on my next order.?She tried to say it might be from the onion are bell pepper no thats hair.Wow!she didn't even offer me my money back are apologize.Wow!so after speaking with her I just said alright and hang up the phone. But In my mind I will not eat are order from here again???
First, while I was waiting the restaurant, it was dirty. I was afraid of food poisoning. Second, I got my food and the sesame chicken sauce had been over cooked to the point where it candied. It was all stringy and tough. It was also really really sweet. It tasted like I was eating a fresh fried doughnut. I had to throw my lunch away for the day. We will see if I get sick.
I’ve lived two blocks from these dudes for years and now I feel like my whole life is a lie. This place is excellent. Outstanding food, great service. Take out only as of December 2021. Don’t let it stop you though. It’s worth the trip. The paper wrapped chicken is the best I’ve ever had, and their fried rice is super good. Can’t go wrong here.
Oh my!! You know how sometimes you order Chinese and all the food tastes the same? And how you can’t tell what the meat is what? Well, this was NOT like that! All the dishes tasted so homemade. The sweet and sour pork was my husband’s favorite but mine was the pork lo mein. Guys, there was actual smoked pork sliced in the lo mein. It was incredible and I’m just so happy we found this place.
Placed an order for pick up. Pork fried rice was ok but the rest of the food was inedible. The meat did not look like meat and was mushy. Cashew chicken was watery. Waste of money.
Honestly best Chinese food in Utah!! I've been coming here for 6 plus years and recommend this place to everyone! I'm really picky with Chinese food and I'm glad I found a place I can keep coming back to! Seriously if anyone is thinking about giving this a try, you will not be disappointed.
Lotus Garden is hands down my favorite Chinese food. I’ve been going for about ten years now. The food is always good every time I’ve gone!
Ive been to serveral chinese restaurants around the USA and im serious when I say this, Lotus Garden has to be the best Chinese restaurant/food in Utah. Such friendly staff, and the food is sooo good!. Life time customer for me.
Really good food price is good and it's fast max wait times are around 15 20 minutes and not super crowded definitely recommend ordering to go though place itself is very plain and simple but taste is good
Not the best of service. Decent fried rice. But I definitely do not recommend the fried chicken wings they served inedible pieces of the chicken itself.
