Hardly any halibut in the "halibut tacos". Food otherwise just ok. What happened to the amazing chips and salsa you once served? The thing I was super disappointed with was the bathroom: no TP, no soap (dispenser laying on counter), barely a trickle of water to wash, NO paper towels to dry. We used to love eating here, coming in from out of town, we won't ever come back here.

Los Hermanos is the type of restaurant that you find yourself in when you get invited to go out to eat with others, but you never end up going willingly on your own. You're there for the conversation, to catch up with family and friends, not the food. Maybe you're visiting from out of town and the locals tell you that you HAVE to try this place out. You order one of the safest things off the menu and... it fails to be anything other than passable at best.Everything tastes like salt. They removed all the wonderful spices and flavors used in Mexican food... and replaced it with salt. I guess if you've never had anything other than the American take on Mexican food then you'll enjoy it here, but you could honestly just get the same flavor profile from licking a salt block. Much cheaper too.I cannot recommend strongly enough that you avoid this restaurant. We could not finish our food and leftovers were thrown promptly in the trash. I honestly feel like people have the rose-tinted glasses on when it comes to this place, similar to Brick Oven.

I haven’t been here in about ten years. We used to go all the time. The service was excellent. Our waiter Garrett was amazing. The food is pretty good but needs more flavor, but it tastes about the same it always has except the salsa. The salsa used to be so good and now it tastes like it came out of a jar and is chunky. It used to be thin and so good I would wish I could drink it. The chips were still good and the shell on my taco salad was so good. My teen liked their ala carte menu. It was really dark, like we couldn’t read the menu kind of dark.

The food was horrible. We took my daughter and her friend there today because they loved the nachos on a previous visit. There weren't very many toppings this time, and the guacamole was runny and had a chemical taste. My wife had a quesadilla that was dried out, not cut all the way through, and it looked like it exploded. The middle of where they cut the top tortilla looked like something from an alien movie. I could go on more, but I definitely would not recommend going back.

This is the first time I have been to a restaurant and was served food that was just bad. I ordered spicy pork and it literally tasted light boiled plain pork. My husband ordered a combo burrito and the sauce on it was disgusting and inedible. Waiter did nothing to try to fix it or help. I had come here 5 years ago and it was great but now it is way different and way bad.

Decent Chips and Salsa.. otherwise horrible food and way over priced for what it is. I got the Jalisco Quesadilla and paid extra for chicken. It was two small triangles like one small soft taco size tortilla folded in half. It was supposed to have onion and green chili and chicken. But it was 90 percent cheese and one chicken chunk. No onion or Green Chili. Also they were attempting to seat us at a dirty table that I had to ask to be sanitized. This was a total waste of money.

My food was honestly difficult to eat ahaha the meat was so bland and…mushy? I ate maybe 3 bites before I just gave up. The reviews seemed hit or miss, but I was very disappointed by the quality of food. Being a Southern California native I like to poke fun at Utah Mexican food, but this really was just not good food. The atmosphere was fun and the chips were good, but that’s about all I can say.

For all of you who are leaving 5 star reviews: I've clicked on each of your profiles and have put all your other 5 star restaurants on my black list because I can't see how you could be so off on this one. I've had better food literally anywhere else. Anywhere else.

I love Los hermanos but today was not so great. We went around 2pm and business was slow. We waited in the front for over 10 minutes before a waitress came to sit us down because the hostess was Mia. I will go back but this wasn’t a great experience. Maybe they should have a bell for customers to ring when the hostess isn’t at the front.
