Used to be pretty good. Ordered online to save time and had to wait 40min to pick up my order only to arrive and have them make me wait another 20min. Cashier was pretty incompetent and was sweating bullets the whole time. Ended up that they had the order in the warming cabinet the whole time and I waited for no reason. Seems like a management issue to me.
The pizza was good. The line was slow only one person helping take orders. They asked if I would like crazy bread. I said I would like to try the crazy bread with cheese. They didn't have any. So I took regular crazy bread. It was super greasy, and just a messed up clump. I tried to call and let them know but no one answered the phone. I wouldn't reccomend the crazy bread. At least at this location.
4:30 pm. Pepperoni pizza? Not available. Cheese pizza? Not available. Stuffed cheese bread? Not available. Italian cheese bread? Not available. "Estimated" wait time for anything but crazy bread is 15-20 minutes. You could legit go into a sit-down restaurant and get your food faster than you could pick up "hot n' ready" fast food take out fron this location.
Wait was a little long but the pizza was the same okay cheese pizza for 5.55 I've come to know and love.
Awful service, plain awful. Never have stuff ready and will serve people what you ordered while you wait... Literally have to keep asking for your stuff and they just tell you five more minutes again and again. Happened to me every time I've come. Don't know why I ever come here.
Ordered a pepperoni and a cheeze pizza an order of wings and stuffed bread sticks. the bread sticks were more like stuffed dough. There is also a fine line between hot and ready and old and crusty. This was the oldest pizza ive ever got in my life. I used to eat the throw away pizzas that were left by the dumpster in washington ut for the homeless. This was by far worse it was left on a heater for hours passed the throw out time. What lazy employees. I really hope i dont get sick from what of it that i ate. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
I ordered online - and this was by far the best little Caesar’s pizza we have had. It was a decent wait time, but because it was an online order we didn’t have a problem with it. pizza was hot, super saucy, and really good.
This location is absolutely abysmal for wait times. The management at this location has no grasp on proper training, and it takes the employees 30-40 minutes to make a single pizza with no other orders in queue. I worked at a pizza place for 3 years, I know how long it takes to make a pizza. And I don’t blame the employees, I truly think it’s the management who has no idea how to train staff. I think the biggest issue is lack of staff and lack of training, a beautiful combination that makes this Little Caesar’s Hot-N-Ready motto a joke. At the time of writing this, it is a lazy Sunday afternoon, I ordered an hour and a half ago, and I’m still waiting for the two classic pizzas I ordered. Whoever runs this location clearly has no involvement in the operation whatsoever.
Great pizza! But when I walked in we waited 15 min, nothing, not even an acknowledgment showing that they knew I was there! So I said in a clear voice "Can someone help us?" Nothing, so a couple minutes later I repeated in a louder voice "Can some help us?" Again, nothing! I literally had to tell "Can someone help us!" Before someone finally noticed me! So summery: great pizza but the WORST customer service!
This is a great little Caesars! You know what to expect when you go in... It's certainly not gormet pizza, but they're hot, ready, and consistent. If you're looking for something quick and cheap, you'll find it here!
