Fast and ready pizza there's nothing better than that. The only problem is it's so popular the pizzas are sold just as fast as they're made. Sometimes especially if you're going in for a big order it would be good to order ahead. Pizza is the best. ?
Too many bad experiences at this particular Little Caesars to truly enumerate here. Has consistently been bad at communication and timely orders. Has cancelled last second on me for large orders and just left me hanging. I've also never got them to answer their phone, making it difficult to communicate and confirm orders. Please improve!
Their soda fridge was empty, even though they had unchilled soda in the back, my "10 minute wait" quickly turned into a 25 minute wait, people that got there after me & ordered the same meal got their food before me, and when I finally received my meal & got back to work to eat it the pizza dough was COMPLETELY raw in the middle. I had to throw the whole thing away. Avoid this location at peak meal hours if you want a good pizza.
So much for hot and ready. I walked in, just wanted any pizza. Was told it'd take 1 HOUR. I can go sit down somewhere and get a pizza in an hour.
Ordered 1 pizza and waited 45 minutes, only for people who arrived after me to get there pizza before me and they ordered 3-4 pizzas.I was half tempted to go back and make it myself. Employees constantly on there phones and not helping customers. You might as well go to the little ceasers up the road it’ll save you time and money
Walk-in order. Got cheese pizza and they said it would take 10 min but took 25 min. Other than that, not too bad. The food just tastes like what you paid for.
It was the worst experience I’ve had at a little Caesars. I had a pizza scheduled to be ready by a certain time after ordering online. I checked in at my scheduled time and they said it should be ready soon. I checked back every 10 minutes till it had been 30 minutes past my finish time. I told them I needed a refund and spoke to the manager who had no explanation or apology for why it wasn’t ready. I’ve had poor customer service in the past at the 900 east Provo, Utah location but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The three workers including the manager didn’t care or seem one bit concerned with the long wait or that it wasn’t ready. If you don’t care about having food ready when it’s supposed to be or being treated poorly then go to the little Caesars on 900 east in Provo, Utah.it doesn’t even deserve one star.
0 stars if I could. I ordered pizza for a group of people, and right when the pizza was supposed to arrive (about 45 minutes after I ordered) I got a text saying my order was canceled by the store. But not only did they not show up, and wait to long for me to have ordered it from anywhere else, they still charged me!!!Don’t go here. It’s worth an extra couple bucks to get pizza somewhere else then to just got stolen from.I went in to get my money back, and they just brushed me off and tried to get rid of me. They were rude. Unhelpful. And all around awful. Luckily I ordered it on my credit card and they said they are able to reverse the transaction.Gist: don’t go here. If you do pay with credit so your credit card can get your money back if they steal it.
Bro you could go to a little Caesar’s in salt lake and still get your pizza home faster than this place
Horrible attention; they called me to change the order because they didn’t have the ingredients and I didn’t finish the order when the lady hang up on me. I ordered Hawaiian with no sauce; and another one of meat and I received a horrible poor cheese, pizza full of olives. I was charge for meat. Do not go there. Even their phone is not working, what business runs without a phone??? That’s not respecting costumers.
