Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. It was extremely hard to get service, the servers did not speak English, gave my two boys the wrong food, they were out of salad (which is weird because salad comes with every entre), and we were overcharged 9%. Luckily we caught it. Make sure to check your receipts before you leave or this restaurant will literally steal from you.

This was mine and my wife's first time at La Dolce Vita and we were pleasantly surprised not only by the size of the restaurant but also it's popularity. The restaurant was packed and my wife and I were glad we had made a reservation. Personally, I am not a fan of most chain Italian restaurants and so the fact that La Dolce Vita is local adds to its unique experience. I had the Napoletano Calzone, which was delicious and my wife had the chicken pesto pizza that she noted was quite good because of the fresh pesto. We will definitely keep La Dolce Vita in mind the next time we crave Italian food.

We really enjoyed our dinner and the sweet little ladies who waited on us made me feel like I was at my grandmother’s again. The Alfredo sauce was just perfect. We will definitely go back.

There was no order when you walked into the restaurant. We asked the lady at the table up front to get on the list and she said she couldn’t do it. Finally a man came up and wrote down 3 names of couples that had been standing there, unsure what to do.Then, the food was difficult to eat. The bread was clearly not homemade, just toast with some butter. It came with hardly any oil and vinegar, not enough for even the two slices of toast they give you. The salad had some old lettuce and a couple croutons, with a disappointing, chunky dressing. There was hardly any flavor. My husband asked for olive oil and balsamic vinegar for his dressing and they just brought out a salad covered in their weird dressing. We ordered the gnocchi and a pasta that had Alfredo sauce. The gnocchi and the pasta were not cooked evenly. Both had some not done pieces, some mostly some pieces, and some over done pieces. The ragu on the gnocchi was watery and flavorless. The Alfredo sauce was also flavorless, it tasted like someone had poured milk over some pasta. Definitely a waste of money and time, when we were excited to try something that looked like authentic Italian food. We should’ve gone to Olive Garden, at least they get their salad right.

Absolutely one of my favorite places. Feel small but has high quality, legit Italian food. I've been going for years now and I'm still impressed every time. The bread is hot, the service is good, the entrees are incredible, and the prices are excellent.

This restaurant is Fabulous!! I Love there homemade Italian dressing!! The portions are fine, I don't know why people have to stuff themselves. Italian food is very filling in general. I love there ravioli and it comes with steamed broccoli which is so great!! I love vegetables ?

Great almost every time we’ve gone! The only issue we’ve had is poor waiter service but the food here is the best Italian I’ve had! The Ana’s Spinach Ravioli is my favorite and their homemade Italian dressing so good! The chicken Alfredo is so good as well!

If you want authentic Italian food, this small restaurant in Provo next to the Wells Fargo building is a good choice. My only recommendation for this place is to add a little more variety to the menu, like 3 or 4 other meals to choice from and it would be excellent

Very cute Italian restaurant with very friendly and enjoyable servers. It whole experience was lovely from the tiny area you wait in for a table to the experience of being at one of the tables. The lasagna was amazing as we as the tortellini. Highly recommend coming here for a date or some special occasion.

I hadn't been here for many years and wasn't sure if it would really be as good as I remembered from way back when. I was not disappointed. The food was absolutely incredible, the portions were perfect (not so huge that you regret ordering one per person), the bread and success on the table were excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful and have great recommendations. With all the new novelty restaurants in Provo, it's easy to overlook this authentic place, but please don't! It's worth it to stop in.
