Honestly all the KFC branches in the area aren't doing dine in(no real rhyme or reason) but then this branch closes their drive through regularly. Frankly I don't know how this place hasn't closed down
EDIT: It's been a week since I reported the experience online to KFC and their customer service has responded with radio silence.It won't be long until KFC goes out of business with this kind of service, or lack there of.Awful experience. The lights are on and everything says it's open, but the drive through is blocked off and you're not allowed to order inside. So, I placed an online order for pick up and it was canceled after about 5 minutes. We called the store and it took a few minutes for anyone to pick up but when they did, and we started to speak they immediately hung up on us. I tried calling KFC customer service to file a complaint but trying to get anyone on the phone is a joke. I am absolutely apalled at the lack of customer service. If the location is, indeed, closed, the lights should be off and there should be a sign on the door.
I'm close to uncovering the 12 herbs and spices, stay tuned! Always friendly, quick service. A few too many wigs in the bucket, but tasted great.
Sadly I'm pretty sure this location is closed for good. It's been closed at 5pm or later every day I've gone for the last 2 weeks. I figured maybe they close early but at this point I'm convinced their done for good. I've gone on 12/2, 12/8, 12/14, 12/16 and no 12/17.
Showed up at 6 on a Saturday night, drive thru had a cone blocking it. Tried to place an online order to pick up, 10 minutes after doing that I get an email that no one at the store could complete my order. By this time, there was a line in drive thru, so I assumed some employee had come moved the cones and opened up. 5 cars and me waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes to no response on the mic, we all ended up leaving very frustrated. It’s 6:30 on a Saturday night, what in the world is going on at this KFC that they literally refuse to serve customers. Place even had an open sign on and everything. Worst experience in fast food I’ve ever had. If you can’t staff your place on a Saturday night, AT LEAST PUT UP A CLOSED SIGN and stop wasting everybody’s time. Find a different place to get your chicken.
Only come here for the A&W, DO NOT eat the chicken! KFC needs to revamp their recipe and way they prepare their food. It's mainly a bone with some small amount of meat and a ton of breading that's super greasy.
You could at least either update your hours, or put a sign saying your closed if you’re going to close and lock your doors an hour or more early. Not just have your employees pretend a customer is not there and just ignore them. The two employees literally walked past me and hopped in their car then drove off instead of answering me when I asked if they had closed early.
Their chicken has become so skimpy the only thing that's even good there anymore is the coleslaw and ice cream
Must use drivethrough. Dining area still closed. Looks like it is being used for storage now.Always mess up the order. Staff is young and friendly. Just needs more training. I will return and will just check order before I leave the window. I love the chicken.
This KFC has always done the order correctly. The food has been great and the employees have been really courteous.
