The staff was very kind!! The food is really a great price for the industry! The great price does not sacrifice flavor—it tastes delicious. I could tell the meat was a higher quality which makes all the difference. I got the mushroom burger and look forward to getting it again and trying their fries!
I was attending an event at the Covey Center and walked over prior to the show. Their AC wasn't working, it took 25 minutes to get my order (two burgers, two sides, no shakes) The mushroom burger was very bland. The patty wasn't seasoned, there was very little mushrooms and it was about the size of a McDonalds Cheeseburger. Oh, and this was the lettuce that was put on my burger. There's another burger joint down the street. Perhaps I'll try that one next time. This place was sub-par at best.
Good shakes, and food is pretty good too but during lunch it's a 50/50 chance is they want to make it or not. Went one time and they said they are not making shakes, then 4 customers later a guy got a shake made for him.I have been there 5 times and was only able to get a shake 2 times. Should hire more staff or just make your shakes.
Loved my Double Cheeseburger Combo. It’s such a great price for an above-and-beyond meal! The ingredients are so fresh and the fries are perfect! I’m excited to come back!
Just a real solid burger place. Fries are excellent. They have a great selection, including scones (deep-fried dough with powdered sugar and frosting), a custom drink called "iron port" (like root beer mixed with cream soda?), and all the classics like onion rings, corn dogs, grilled cheese, etc.It won't blow your mind, but it's pretty darn good.
Great food for a great price! This has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat in Provo. Would recommend for anyone that likes burgers. Plus, it's a small business so quality is always better than larger businesses.
I liked this place. If you remember Rocky Mountain Drive-in of Provo... This is the same place. They opened this place up after Provo City bought out their old place to build the new city center.I've been here twice. The first time to get a burger. It was good. The second time i ordered the chicken wings with Korean BBQ sauce on them. They were fantastic. Just writing this makes me want some more.
A quiet little burger shop in the heart of Provo. We tried two different burgers, fries, tater tots, and a shake. All were great with good prices. They also have iron port as a fountain drink option which is a nice addition that's hard to come by these days.
Just finished lunch here with my husband, very disappointed. We ordered burgers and a shake. The burgers came out relatively quickly and tasted fine, but we waited close to 20 minutes for our shake. There were about a dozen other people in the place, so it was a bit busy but not slammed. When my husband asked about the shake the cashier was very rude to him. Instead of making the shake (and the shakes of several other people who were waiting) she kept taking orders at the register. She made the shakes of others who ordered after us before we eventually got ours. Unfortunately the shake was not very tasty either. A brownie shake and the brownie bits were rock hard. Will not be returning here.
The food is average for fast food. Not bad, not amazing. The taste is good enough, but we had to wait a lot longer for the food than we would have at a typical fast food place. The workers were nice though.
