My veggie sandwich consisted of cheese, I like vegetables on my sandwich with a slice or so of cheese on it, when my husband came back with this sandwich I was excited but I couldn’t finish it all unless I took off cheese but in so doing I was also taking off the other stuff like Mayo and the spice you added making it a bland sandwich. I’m not a fan of how little vegetables were on it as well, minimal lettuce, tomato, I didn’t even taste the avocado but there was so much cheese on it. Please stop doing this to you veggie sandwiches.
When I got to the counter the the cashier was busy with a phone call so i waited a few minutes. In the middle of that wait I had a heavy set employee come up and ask me if i had been helped. In the middle of responding he walks away. When the cashier was ready i had said "can i get a number 11 regular please?" He then replied giving me random numbers and i thought he was joking but he then gave me a serious face. So I slowly and clearly said "11". He then turns on the card machine and didnt give me a receipt. Not an ideal visit nor helpful service. Grabbed my sandwich and left.UpdateGot home took a bite of my country club and noticed no provolone cheese. This was my first time and I'm disappointed

Just got our delivery and everything was superb. Our delivery driver was so kind and friendly. Always impressed with this location.
This Jimmy johns has great service and was following health and safety protocols. They were fast and ready for us right when they opened.Definitely would recommend and go again if I’m back in the area.
I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches! The bread is perfect in every way imaginable. Absolutely delicious. I could eat Jimmy John’s every day. But I have to give 4 stars instead of 5 because Jimmy John’s “freaky fast” sandwich shop was not freaky fast. It was freaky slow. That being said, loved the food when I eventually did get to eat it :)
Their sandwiches are delicious. The deliciousness is in the details. They change the amount of bread in a sandwich based on how much meat there is to balance the flavors.
This location is truly fast and they don’t mess up the orders. We appreciate the friendly staff too. Thanks guys!
I had the #12 Beach Club. It was built correctly and tasted great. Good service here for lunch. Currently there is a lot of construction so access is difficult.
This establishment did not live up to its slogan. Not only was it not freaky. It wasn’t fast. I also had to traverse through a mildly unstable parking lot to get there. The sandwiches were ordered with no problem and then we had to wait at the window for quite some time. There were plenty of workers but apparently not plenty of people willing to make sandwiches. I might as well have chewed on a very long rock because that bread was harder than newborn sedimentary. Also, no Mayo on my sandwich. That was the part I was looking forward to the most and I missed out. I’m leaving unsatisfied and bleeding in the mouth. That’s all.
