I love chicken wings here mild not hot with ranch on the side also strawberry cheesecake milkshake delicious.
Used to love this place in college. Went today and the wait was crazy. We waited almost 20 minutes at the drive through window - and there wasn’t even anyone ahead of us in line when we got there. They gave us ice cream first so it nearly completely melted by the time they gave us our food. Chicken tenders used to be huge, moist, and lightly breaded. Today they were way smaller than they used to be, they were dry, and the breading was kinda tough and just slid off the chicken. Not good. Cheese fried were soggy and overcooked on top. Pretty disappointing. Probably won’t be coming back here.
We have gone here dozens of times and have always had a great experience. Sure, the wait is sometimes nuts (I've waited close to an hour for food at least twice), but we go expecting a long wait for amazing burgers.The Jalapeño Blue Cheese and Bacon burger is just simply the best burger in the Utah Valley. Change. My. Mind.The fries are also some of the best you will get at a burger joint and they have always been generous with fry sauce.Finally, we just recently tried the shakes (about the last two or three times we have gone) and they have been insanely huge as well as loaded with goodies. They are just as worth it as the fries and burgers.In short, we routinely come here for dinner and will continue to do so while in the area. It is the best burger you will get in Utah, hands down.
We frequently visit their South Jordan location and really like it and often tell others that they have the best burgers. Since we ended up being in the Provo area at lunchtime, we didn't hesitate to go to that location. It was well after the lunch rush and wasn't too busy, so we were surprised and disappointed that our burgers were overcooked and flavorless. We will continue going to the South Jordan location, but cannot recommend the Provo one.
Food was good. Cheese fries were mediocre, avocado bacon Swiss lettuce wrap was decent, BLT on white bread was good and the bacon cheeseburger was good. Service was good, they weren’t busy so that helped.
Fries are too soft and not crisp at all, burgers are okay, nothing stands out on the menu. Fish was decently sized but when I asked for the fries well done to help how undercooked they were, they ended up being the same, soft undercooked fries... Increase the cook times for the fries!

We've been coming here for 3 yrs now and the burgers are really good specially the jalapeño bacon and Hawaiian burger. The shakes are good too and the raspberry shake never fails, it's clean and so far we have had a great experience here. All in all it's a nice place to go eat.
Might have just been this location, but for the price you are paying for a burger, it had better be dang premium. I felt like they were barely better than a standard burger King or similar. This location has really awful parking right now with construction nearby also. Overall, would probably recommend somewhere that isn't as mainstream as JCW for the same price. You'll get much better quality overall.
I really want to like this location. Not once that we have been here have we had a good experience. The cheese fries are abysmal. Soggy and barely cooked. The sandwiches are put together horribly, with the meat on one side and everything else on the other side. You always half to put it together correctly yourself. The only reason I’m giving them a 2 star is because at least they know how to properly cook bacon.
