This place used to be epic! Service was terrible, one kid on a Friday night. It was over an hour before our party even ordered. Two of us ordered a pot, and ate, after an hour and a half, the rest just left because they never brought our food. Multiple smaller parties were seated served, and out the door before we ordered. We only had 6 people. They need to step up their game if they want to stay in business.

Such a unique dining experience. A definite staple of Provo. Beautiful to see Chinese culture and food here available to us. The hot pot is a fun similarity to Mongolian grills where they cook your raw food selection for you or the Korean or Japanese BBQ where you cook your own raw food choice on the table in front of you. $17 for unlimited access to hotpot, soda, ice cream, buffet, it's great!

I’ve been meaning to come here for a while and finally did. I am so glad I did. As soon as we walked in I knew it would be good, just by the decor. We ordered the 2 broth set, my wife got the chicken broth and I got the spicy. The server said they have low, regular and very spicy so I said very spicy. It was very good and rich and tasted like how I remember spicy food when I was in southwestern China. I have a very high heat tolerance, but the heat wasn’t overwhelming and I could still taste the flavors. I also used the chili oil and chili paste available. I liked the chili oil the most. The reasons it doesn’t get 5 stars: My wife said the chicken broth was a little salty. There’s also not a lot of meat options when you compare it to some places in SLC, but the beef, pork, tofu and vegetables is really all we need anyways.I loved it and will definitely be back!

This was my first time coming here & I must say that I loved the entire experience! Everyone that worked there was super friendly & informative for someone's first time being there :) It's definitely underrated & I will absolutely be telling others about this place #SupportYourSmallLocalBussinesses! The only thing I would say is that I wish I had more variety of sides, but other than that, the prices were fair, honest, & it felt like I was eating at a family member's house.Super random as well too, but their bathroom was very clean and their air freshener smeller amazing! I'm not the type of person to try new things, but I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place!

Disappointed in overall cleanliness. Menus, tables, soda machine, and self-serve sauce areas needed a good cleanup. Waitress was very friendly though and patiently explained the differences in the menu items. Pot stickers were delicious! About $30 per person for full dinner.

We wanted to try something different, and chose Four Seasons based on the reviews. It did not disappoint. A unique and tasty dining experience, with an excellent server who explained the whole process. YUM

If you want to experience real Chinese food, this is the place! I asked a few of my Chinese friends and they recommended me this place! You should give it a try!

We had not been here in awhile due to Covid and so glad we came back!!! I love the food at Four Seasons! They have some new additions to the menu and everything they added was delightful! The pork broth was so flavorful and tasty! The fish and sesame balls we tried were wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Four Seasons.

Good if you just want the novelty of heating up your food on the table, pretty bland and way too expensive otherwise. Just because it's 'authentic' and novel doesn't make it good. Unfortunately Provo has a lot of low quality international food that somehow makes it through, as seen from the surrounding Mexican restaurants

Went last night with a friend and it was excellent. Good food, and the server we had, Jaden (Jayden?) was soooo nice and friendly, and made it even more of a positive experience. The only downside of it was that dinner prices were $18 a person for all you can eat, which isn't crazy but was a bit more than a college kid like myself anticipated. That being said, I don't regret having gone at all. I don't normally write reviews for anything but I had such a good time that I wanted to pass along a thumbs up to this place.
