I must admit, when we first pulled up, I was less than impressed. From the outside, it seemed a bit sketchy at least. But boy was I wrong. This place was great! Some of the best sushi I've had in a good while. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I would certainly come back if I'm in the area again. Thanks for a fun and delicious experience!

I’ve ordered from here ever since they opened and each time I’ve been thoroughly content. Sushi takes some time to prepare so some wait time is always expected but they do get your order out fairly quick! The presentation, quality, and quantity is absolutely excellent. This is by far one of my favorite places to eat and my number one go to for sushi. I’ve only had their delivery service once but all forms of their customer service from ordering in restaurant, to pick up, to delivery have been great. I can’t recommend this place enough! Years of consistency definitely shows in their loyal customers.

We’ve been regulars here for 5+ years. The sushi was quite remarkable for the price. I think I’d even venture to say that these guys had secured the quality and affordability sushi niche. But, good grief, the “help” or rather lack thereof up front at the register, is frankly a liability to this restaurant. Expect poor to abysmal customer service from those running the front end of this business, as echoed in other reviews. Thus causing the experience to lapse into displeasure with each visit. They have no respect for the reputation of the establishment that employs them. Talked to the lead chef once after one of these “liabilities” up front started becoming unreasonably lippy when I inquired about the availability of certain rolls. I’d take an automated kiosk system over dealing with them any day (could potentially save costs and retain clientele). I honestly tried to overlook this glaring flaw. Can’t say it’s worth dealing with anymore.

Very bland Sushi, not much when it comes to options in fish, food comes in a tiny box so no space to put ginger, wasabi or soy sauce. Self serve, but make you feel like you have to tip. Loud atmosphere. No appetizers like most sushi places have. It's only Sushi and all drinks are just 12 oz cans and a water cooler. Would not recommend if you want real Sushi. Would recommend for cheap prices.

I ordered delivery and my order never arrived and it took me nearly 4 days to get in contact with the resteraunt because nobody ever answered the phone. The Sushi is good I wouldn’t recommend the delivery option though it often takes multiple hours and you never get any sort of communication.

I'm a huge lover of sushi and was skeptical, especially when I saw the price. The sushi here was fresh, large helpings and full of flavor. The service was second to none. The guy at the counter knew his stuff and made 1st class recommendations. Easily in my top 3 sushi joints in Provo/Orem area.

First, yes it's very very slow. Take that into consideration when going. It was empty when we went in, and it took 45 min to get our rolls. The paper sign taped to the register said "20 minute wait" so I figured that would be about the time it would take. But nope. The kitchen staff was making fun of my name, not cool. And from what I could see of the kitchen staff around the curtain...they were working very slow. If you're in no hurry this midnight snack will work well for you. Neat eclectic ambiance. Bring a sweater, it's cold in the wintertime. The rolls themselves were ok. The curry one was bland, was really hoping for a punch of flavor. The dessert roll was good. The spicy ones were decent enough. One visit is good for me.

Food tastes like discount sushi for the price of regular sushi. Surprised my order didn’t come with any ginger, that’s a sushi staple no? Asked for extra and got none. If it was priced as discount sushi I’d be all over it. But it’s not. So. Yeah. If you want some good sushi, it’s a bit out of the way and about the same price try OISHII Sushi. Way better

Usually I enjoy coming to Five Sushi Bros but the last few times I’ve gone have been really disappointing. The quality is horrible and the customer service is always poor. Tonight my order was horrible. No flavor, hardly any fish and overcooked, soggy rice. I couldn’t even finish the rolls I got. Really disappointed in how their quality has decreased and my overall experience. No dinner and a waste of my money.

I used to work here. Recently they let me go because of employees lying about things they did not happen. I am not upset about being let go. I'm upset about the gossip and negativity of the employees. I enjoyed the food but some of the employees should really be fired immediately. They dress in crazy immodest skimpy outfits, swear constantly, and are constantly talking disrespectfully about their customers behind closed doors. It's not an environment that I would wanna be around. I am glad I was just a delivery driver because if I was in the restaurant working each day, I would have quit a lot sooner.
