Whoever owns this establishment I highly recommend that you observe the workers that work here. What I observed yesterday was horrendous. Some things I noticed was hair was not pulled back ( An ADULT male with medium, dark, curly hair) had hair literally dangling in front of his eyeballs over my sandwiches. ? which is advised by the health department to be pulled back. . Also washing didn't happen when someone came in after a break. And not to mention my sandwich was horrible! This is not the sandwich place I once used to love. There was many more problems that I don't wish to speculate on.. my only hope is that someone can come in and save this place. This once was the place to get the best steak and cheese.
Firehouse subs is one of my favorite sandwich places. My husband and I had a gift card so we came the other night and got sandwiches to go. He got the brisket sandwich and I got the Italian. I love how you can add anything or substitute stuff to your sandwiches. I also love how it always comes with a pickle. I always enjoy a sandwich from here.
Really good sandwich and the 2nd worst Mac n cheese of my life. Got the hook & ladder sub and it was great. The Mac texture was honestly attrocious. One bite and threw it away. Like really really bad. I don't know how many human with a pulse could have tried it and been like "yes that isn't the worst thing I've had to eat all year." The sub was good though.
LOVE LOVE LOVE coming here! I’d take away a star because occasionally the bread of the sandwich is soggy in the corners but they’re so accommodating. Here’s where they earn that Fifth star! I asked for extra olives on my sandwich and not only did they put olives on both sides of my sandwich, but also gave me a small extra container full of olives and I can’t tell you how excited I was about it!
Worst experience ever! Starts with ordering through the app. I’m more than willing to try any companies app to respect Covid restrictions. So I gave it a shot and registered as a new profile. Placed my order and it comes up to the payment screen. You put your info in and nothing happens. Did this multiple times thinking it was the card. Switched card and same issue. I called the store and they said they had I had to order online. ?♂️. Tried the website and it routes you to the app. Finally ordered through Chick-fil-A with the same card and got my food. What a joke.
Walked in at 8:30 to grab a sandwich to go. Was.told they were closing so I could only do take out. That's fine no worries. Was served a cold sandwich (got the brisket) on old bread. Usually love firehouse. Maybe it was late but just didn't enjoy it.
I LOVE Firehouse and every time we come to Utah we find one. This specific store in Provo was a disappointment staff wise. We walked in and were not greeted like every other Firehouse we've been to. no one was in line to order but everyone in the store didn't have food, maybe 1 table. Waited for someone to take our order and when he finally came over I said "hi, how are you?" And got a "busy" response. Umm ok.. Took 45 minutes to get 4 sandwiches and 1 Mac and cheese. When I went to the counter to pick up the order I said thank you and got nothing in return. Their drinks were out of a lot of options, trash was overflowing and when we went to use one the staff member said "would you mind using the other one since that one is overflowing " and then proceeded to watch us take it over there while talking about us. Very unprofessional. Never said have a good night or thank you for coming in. I've never felt so unwelcome before.
Took 45 minutes to get our sandwiches and they got my order wrong. It took another 15 to remake it. The sandwiches were pretty good but overpriced.
I ALWAYS love Firehouse subs. So yummy! They never fail to deliver. Try them if you haven't already.
I love Firehouse Subs but they gave us three bags of chips instead of just one. We only paid for one bag so when we returned the two bags they said they couldn’t take them back but they CHARGED us for them. WHAT?! We never wanted them! It was their fault. Why should we have to pay for them? I guess that’s what we get for being honest. We should have just kept them. Also, we bought two bottles of DASANI water bottles on this same order online. They gave us Arrowhead water. I really feel like we deserve a refund for the two bags of chips we didn’t order and the difference in the cost of water. We paid $3 a piece for a bottle of Arrowhead water. And $2.40 for each really small bag of chips.
