10 out of 10 best Dutch bros in Utah. I love them! They are always nice and willing to take my order with amazing conversations. I also have a phat crush on the girl named Hailey that works there
Dutch bros is my go to however the last 4 times have been misses. Last time they forgot my espressos in my coffee, they just gave me flavored milk. And I have a milk sensitivity and they have repeatedly forgotten my oat milk and have had them remake it. I’m not sure what the change was, but I miss the consistency!
Decided to give this place a try and got a lemonade something I don't really remember, but the gi taking my order was very helpful and patient with me as I tried to figure out what exactly I wanted but the drink was amazing! And the price compared to other places is astronomical! The quality of the drink was even better! Will definitely be back!
Coffee was too bitter and cup was only 3/4 full. I had to add extra sugar when I got home and even that didn’t help. PG Dutch Bros does a better job. Garbage coffee at Provo location. Tastes old. Dutch Bros is typically too hot to enjoy when you get it and you have to wait for several minutes for it to cool. The least I expect is better flavor.
Every time I come the customer service is awesome! Even if the drinks are taking a minute to make, the workers talk with me and make me feel important! The coffee is great, and the customer service is even better. Some days, I come through just to have a pleasant interaction even if I’m not in the mood for coffee :) lol
Their drinks are delicious, my husband and I visit multiple times a week. So why 1 star? Because the experience of visiting is so uncomfortable I have to mentally prepare myself every time I drive there. It is clear the employees have been instructed to make conversation with customers. Normally this is fine for a drive thru, but Dutch Bro employees go WAY too far. This morning was a perfect example.I was trying to show my husband something on my phone and the whole time the worker kept pestering me with overbearing questions about my work. She asked: what I did for work, how long I’ve worked there, where I worked, why I wanted to apply to work there, how I liked it, how many hours I worked, etc. This is not a unique experience, questions like this happen every single time I’m at the window. I hoped my phone would deter this type of questioning but she wouldn’t stop interrupting me and my husband’s conversation. It is always like this and so uncomfortable.Additionally, workers will ask you which tip option to select when they are outside taking your order. It’s also really uncomfortable and feels manipulative from Dutch bros into getting people to pay more in tips.I won’t stop going because I love their chai. But I will continue to prepare myself mentally for a horrible experience each time I go.DUTCH BROS please fix this!! Employees should be nice but not overbearing and understand social cues!
I always love the seasonal/limited edition drinks here! The different options they have for adding flavors are great, I especially love the different things they recommend for chai. The workers are always SO incredibly nice and they usually ask a fun question at the pick up window and keep a tally of everyone's answers. Best coffee in the area :)
Coffee wasn't bad but employees spent roughly 5 minutes chatting with driver ahead of us before taking orders from me and customers behind me. Multiple workers all came out to chat and say hi while a line built up behind me. Friendly staff but professionalism and urgency lacking.
Got to go to Dutch Bros today for my birthday. Great way to start off the new year!! We love the drinks, but could not believe how friendly the staff was. Great job guys, I will come back often!
I love Dutch Bros. My boyfriend and I are frequent flyers. This time, however, the experience was awful. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, my boyfriend was handed our drinks and as he placed my hot drink in the cup holder, it became apparent that the lid was not locked in place before it was handed to us. This resulted in hot coffee spilling all over my new car. The girl at the window noticed but didn't seem to care. My boyfriend had to ask for napkins and no one even offered to make it right. So now my car is covered in a sticky, milky mess, and I didn't even get to consume all of my coffee because it ended up all over my car. It's unfortunate that this is the only location closest to our house. I'm inclined to stop going to this location though if that's how we're going to be treated. I may just have to settle for Starbucks instead.
