Ordered several hours ahead for a pickup at dinner time on a Saturday. The app took the order and charged my card. When I got there the doors were locked and no one was inside. Could see mine and a few other orders on the screen....
Ordered on the app, pasta and desert. After delivery (which was supposed to be contactless) went to eat my food and it was someone else’s order.How did the delivery guy have me sign my receipt but then give me the food and receipt of a completely different order?Tried to call for an hr straight to get my order and no one answered.. wth???? Domino’s had gone down hill and I personally won’t order from them again.I’d give no stars if it was an option!
Doors were locked when I tried to pick up my order. Employees were very rude and most were on their phones. If you order from this location just be aware you and your order are not the priority for the people working there.
0/5I gave them another chance and regretted it. I don't care if you're short-staffed, slammed, or whatever it is; you should be calling the customer as soon as there is a delay. I shouldn't be waiting 2 hours + for a cold order, let alone not knowing what's going on.I worked delivery and management at a Pizza Hut for over a year and know what the business is like. Your crew is either overworked or lazy. You, the company, need to fix it or shut it down.
Today is the 28th of May and the store is suppose to be open till 1am and I went there at 11:20 pm and the employees were sitting there starting at me waving cash with the door locked laughing. They won’t answer the phone and won’t make pizza. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever seen.
When this place first opened, it was pretty good. Less than a year later and it’s the worst place to get food from in the entire state of Utah. For anyone wondering, this store is owned by the corporate company, not a local franchise, and it shows how little they care about their customers. Nobody ever answers the phones, the pizza is always wrong, and it never cut the pizza well! You’re ripping it apart like you’re eating Ethiopian Ingera. Awful.I worked at my local dominos in high school and this makes me ashamed!
There was one gal working the store and she got our food out to us so fast! Did in store pickup and she was managing everything by herself it seemed. Very quick and she was very polite, good food too.
Don't even deserve 1 star! Our delivery orders get canceled all the time, and half the time that our order is actually delivered its made wrong. When you call the store they never answer the phone. I'd stick with Pizza Hutt if I were you!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order for 3 of the smallest pizzas for 33$ and after I placed the order and the guy started it he said if I had ordered online it would have been cheaper but he had already started it. So paid 20$ over for 3 smaller pizzas. Pizza was still good though.
If you can order from another dominos I recommend it, this place is so close but they always are short staffed. Had them leave at the wrong door before at another neighbors house. last order I finally drove into the store after an hour waiting for the delivery to go out from the quality check and them never answering phones. I don’t know if it’s the owner. I won’t order from this location again.
