DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Wish I could rate it zero stars. I ordered at 6:46pm online and they gave me an estimated time of 60-70 minutes. But after the allotted time passed, I was concerned and called the store only to be rudely talked to. I explained my concern that the time way past what they gave me, and the gentleman on the other line just said that it’s gonna be another hour and a half wait. After that, he rudely hung up the phone. Never ordering from this location again.

This dominoes is slightly less trashy than the university ave one. I was on the phone for like 20 minutes. I drove there while on the phone to see which one was faster. It was basically the same. The only thing is that it’s not busy at all in there so idk what they are doing ? Anyway the guy answers and I was like “can I get a large pepperoni pizza” and he just says “we aren’t doing delivery” so I was like “… ok I’m pulling in right now.” I don’t know. He was weird. The experience was weird. Mostly I just want everyone to know that to why should go to the papa johns that is literally 2 seconds away ?

These guys seem to be really short-staffed, and I can't fault them for that. However, I placed an order one evening and received the notification it was being prepared. I drove to the store only to find a note taped to the door saying they had closed an hour ago. They never cancelled my order, so I paid for a pizza that I never received. I'm still unable to get a refund because they never answer the phone, and customer service online hasn't gotten back to me. Be aware that this specific store doesn't always come through with an order, even if you've already paid for it.

I love dominos pizza! In theory they are one of the the few late night places to eat at and the original food delivery people. I love their pizza and I think they are fairly priced. But lately this particular dominos has been very frustrating. Their hours are too inconsistent to trust them, I’ll probably just stick with Canes next door because I know they are actually open until 12.

Worst pizza place in Provo. We called in and was undecided if we wanted delivery. We called them back on hold for over 45 mins. Never answered the phone charged us and never made the pizzas. Had to come down here myself to get my refund. Ruined our movie night! What a joke.

Dominos itself is amazing. This location is the worst dominos to exist. They don't answer the phone, accept orders than say they won't fulfill them, have the hours say open till 12 but then close at 9 or 10. I have to go a lot further to get dominos because this one never fricken works and its fricken frustrating. Corporate should shut this location down or fix it

They’re 1.8 miles away but don’t deliver here. It’s ok I’ll do my weekly orders from papa johns on cougar blvd who deliver at 1.9 miles away. Nice job dominoes

I ordered a pizza online, drove 15 minutes to the restaurant just to be met with a closed store. I saw two girls inside and I pointed to my phone order confused because online it said they closed at midnight (it was 10pm). The two girls literally started to laugh and then completely ignored me and walked to the back. Then 15 minutes later I got a notification that my order was cancelled. This location is a joke and treats it’s paying customers like garbage. It’s January 18th, 2022, re-evaluate who you hire.

The pizza was good, but service was lousy. I ordered on the website and specifically chose carside delivery option because regular delivery was not available, and I had covid. Instructions say to park when you get there and turn on hazard lights, and to also click the button in the app alerting the store that I’m there. I did all that, and waited 15 minutes (much longer than the 2-minute guarantee), watching while customers came and went with their pizzas while mine grew cold on the shelf. I finally went in the store and told the manager how upset I was that they did this, and all he did was give me a lame excuse about not having anyone to man the oven. He should’ve owned up to the truth: that he didn’t schedule enough people to cover the dinner rush. Now because of him, more people were exposed to covid and I got a cold pizza. I did get the coupon for a free pizza in my email, but will never forget how lacking this store is on customer service.

They do not pick up they phone, they accept orders that can’t deliver. Expect all of your orders to arrive between 1 to 3 hours. I love dominos personally, don’t order from this location. There is something wrong with this store, and they should close down this location. They can’t keep up with the demand in a timely manner.
