Never wrote a review b4 but was so disappointed I had to do it. I ordered some pasta it arrives and has hardly anything in 1 of them and the other had no pasta at all. I give the driver I spoke to a lot of credit he got it fixed and asked the kitchen to get me a new one and hook me up Both pastas were barely 1/3 full, ridiculously small portions and then my cheese bread wasn't even cut . Besides the young delivery driver that tried to help me out you all need to step it up just look at your reviews Domino's should be better
Used to love getting pizza from here, but recently the service has been awful, we put an online order for carry out, and went to pick it up at the estimated time it said it would be done. My husband goes in and they told him it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Had to cancel the order and go somewhere else! If they would be upfront about wait times I wouldn't have a problem, but I have two hungry kiddos that thought they were going to get to eat soon, not a pretty picture!
Don’t think about ordering from this location if you plan on eating. The food never shows up!! Then when you call to ask if it will ever arrive they add on another hour to wait because the last 90 minutes they were WAY busy and haven’t even started your order.This was one last chance for them to figure it out. Nope, didn’t pass my test. Should’ve built a different business on this property.
I believe that everybody has room for improvement. I left a really nasty review earlier and don't feel bad about it at all, I just thought I would put it out there that if they tried harder and changed a few things that they're doing they could be a really great store. Here's to ya Domino's, good luck
Ive ordered from this location several times before. They’re absolutely fantastic. But, tonight I ordered a special pizza and some Parmesan bites with marinara. They first delivered the order incorrectly. No marinara. And, a soup of a pizza. I called and let them know. They immediately offered to make it right and they did. I think this customer service is great and gave them an additional tip. Thanks!
Last time I came here the pizza was great. But today completely different story, I’m not very picky but I ordered a spinach and feta cheese pizza. I got basically just the crust with a few things of spinach, no cheese whatsoever. They wouldn’t answer my phone call so I could get a refund or something, let’s just say very frustrating. Just don’t go here please, I think high school lunch pizza is better than this place.
Staff was dishonest with me and disrespectful of my time. I went to this dominos to pick up an order I had placed earlier in the day. When I got there, they said my pizzas were “still in the oven”. I waited there patiently for over an hour while they told several more customers that they were backed up and that wait times would be up to 2 hours. I finally went to the front and basically said “So, you told me my pizzas were in the oven over an hour ago, yet they still aren’t done… Were they ever in the oven to begin with?” They were not. The Dominos tracker app reflected this, but I’d taken the employees word and figured the app wasn’t working. I’ve worked in food service before; I understand that things get backed up. Clearly, I was willing to wait. I had demonstrated that by sitting there for an hour and not making a fuss. But in return, I expect the employees I’m being patient with to respect my time and be honest with me about how long I’ll be waiting. They clearly didn’t. Instead, they lied to me because they were afraid I’d get mad, I guess? I ended up canceling my order and leaving with nothing, because I had people at home waiting for the food and didn't want to make them wait any longer. So, I definitely don’t recommend this location.
I love dominos pizza! In theory they are one of the the few late night places to eat at and the original food delivery people. I love their pizza and I think they are fairly priced. But lately this particular dominos has been very frustrating. Their hours are too inconsistent to trust them. And the entire reason to order pizza is for delivery and they hardly do that anymore.
This establishment is a major disappointment. My pizza sat around fir an hour before they delivered it and they never brought my sides and soda. Don't even try calling because they will never answer. I was on hold for 15 min before i just hung up.
Honestly food was decent, my main issues come from the fact it took 3 employees to figure out how to accept cash as payment, the employee who did take my cash proceeded to jump straight back into the assembly line without washing his hands. The $20 I gave him came from Mesquite Nevada and probably was in some dubious places. Tried calling to give a heads up but they would not answer the phone after 20 minutes on hold. Get better at customer service please, and for the love of all these is holy wash your hands, especially after handling money.
