I'm not often downtown but when I am, stopping here is a must. They have agedashi tofu. That is my jam and it is perfect every time. I've not found many places that serve it and some that do could do better. Demae gets it right!I like to try new rolls every time. Today it was the samell roll and its a winner. Fresh, flavorful and beautiful!
Love the food here. I tried the bento box today. It's quite a bit of food, but hit the spot. Great service here too.
Great little place with good food
I visited here in Nov. 2021. It's a nice Japanese restaurant with reasonable prices. I ordered a bento box lunch for take-out. I have no complaints. The food was good and the service was about as expected for a walk-in order. I would go there again if I'm in the area.

Clean restaurant with quick, friendly service. We loved the authentic decor. Their sushi was decent, but the miso soup was definitely the highlight of our meal. Absolutely delicious! I'll be back for more!

I brought my employees to Provo for an expo and decided to try Demae because it was close. It was perfect!!! The food was great the service was fantastic and speedy. Best part it was inexpensive!! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area.
