Honestly very disappointed with my experience here the last few times I’ve been. This time I placed my order and then they informed me they were out of cups, lids, and noodles. They were basically out of cups and out of bap! They still charged us full price regardless. I would have written it off as not a big deal but last time I was here the same thing happened and they were out of rice! It doesn’t seem like a one off thing here but a pattern of mismanagement. Disappointed because I really like this place but I’m not sure we’ll be back!
They forgot the rice. They put like 4 things in the bowl and they forgot one of them. Not just in my bowl, but in my wife's as well. Not only that, but they put pork and chicken in my wife's instead of pork and beef. They also messed up our spice level, so we were suffering through what should have been a nice treat!But wait, there's more! The guy behind the register was too friendly. He touched everyone's hands. Especially when coming off the back end of a global pandemic, I found it unsanitary and off-putting.I love Cupbop, but I'm never coming back to this location. ?
I love Cupbop but tell me why they got my order wrong with all three cups I ordered. Like on every level, the sauce, the noodles, the style, they did not get it right.
I’ve had cupbop from other locations and always loved it 100%. Came to this one and it was not good. The employees seemed disinterested, there was water dripping down where you needed to stand to order, and the wait time to get food was way longer than it should have been. I had a coupon for a free mandoo and the girl still charged me for it and said it would be fixed later but it never got fixed. Also they didn’t put nearly as much sauce in as normal so it was pretty bland. Too bad, I love cupbop but will have to go to further away locations from now on because this one was not impressive.
As a long time Cupbop fan I had to give some feedback after today's visit. Starting with the cashier being weird and leaning out the window and sticking his head way towards me in an extremely awkward way everytime he asked me a question, the whole experience was poor. They mixed my meal's spicy level with my wife's. The water dispenser was empty and the employees did not care enough to refill it or offer us any out of the shack. The tables were also sadly dirty. I hope this is a one time thing and that Cupbop isn't going downhill since apparently hitting the big time. The food was decent but definitely not up to my expectations for Cupbop. It was also awkward listening to the employees conversation. Normally I wouldn't care but being right by BYU campus I feel like it's fair to expect a family friendly experience. Come back to us Cupbop.

Cupbop is awesome! Know that a 5 is pretty dang spicy, so if you don’t have great spice tolerance, 3 is probably pushing it. But the food is always amazing, great customer service, and I could probably eat it all day ???
Amazing and delicious. Same as all the other locations, but smaller. Don't expect them to have every single menu item 15minutes before close.The staff is always friendly, and despite some rude patrons, never lose their cool. A+ they do not get paid enough!
Customer service was amazing. Knew all the items on the menu. They were out of beef. That’s why I gave 4 of 5 stars. Way better then the Red Baron stuffed crust pizza I was going have.
I think the food is super pricey compared to the quality of the food and this is not Korean at all... all they provide is clear noodles, Sriracha mayo sauce, special spicy sauce, chicken that has no flavoring, and rice. No vegetables at all... I felt sick after eating here and I regret eating their food. I swear the food is super easy to copy and has nothing special at all. I wouldn't eat this even if they provided it for free... don't waste your money, just eat cereal instead.
