Sat for well over 2 minutes and no food delivered. Went to check and it was sitting in the counter because they dropped the shake, and then forgot about the order. Fries and burger was cold, I reported it to them and they shrugged me off. Still no replacement shake. 10 minutes later the shake arrives, not a shake but a thick sweet milky drink, no where near frozen. Overheard another customer complain the soda fountain had no carbonation, their response was, oh yeah, someone was supposed to mention that when you ordered. And finally, the bathroom smelled like mold, had to breath shallow so I could wash my hands. Someone should close this one!

Food is delicious! Ambiance is horrible, metal stools on concrete floors and open ‘industrial’ style ceiling. It’s loud and every time someone scoots out a chair it’s like nails on a chalkboard. Don’t bring someone u want to talk to lol. Wait time is usually really long but worth it, Rosemary fries and kale salad are to die for

Not family friendly. Was horrified to have my kids there. They have TVs everywhere including some with PG-13 content. There is nowhere to sit out of range of a TV. There was a movie with people fighting and pointing guns and mug shots on another screen. Why are you offering kids meals.. Food is good, but does not make up for the unsafe environment.

I took 2 young friends for lunch on Wednesday. We ordered 2 hamburgers, 2 orders of sweet potato fries, a Bender Bowl salad, and a cup of chicken pablano soup. One of the burgers was a bean burger for $11, The cup of soup was very small for $4.50. The total bill $48. The prices were outrageous for a luncheon menu and even more outrageous for the quantity served. Everything was skimpy for the price.

This exceeded expectations. It was definitely different that I expected but it was good different. The flavors were great and the prices were pretty reasonable. The service was friendly. It wasn't very fast but that probably has to do with the fact that there was a steady stream of customers rolling through the entire time we were there. they were out of the ingredients to make one of the sandwiches I wanted to try, which was annoying but I guess that gives me a reason to come back. Overall, it was very good and I would recommend it

Cubby’s is always one of my favorite restaurants! I love the vibes there and the food is great. It’s honestly a great business model. I LOVE the kale & wild rice salad, huckleberry shake, and whoppie pies.Basically, it’s always a win, but this morning, I had 1 experience that decreased my love a little. I called to order some breakfast, but the worker on the phone said they had finished taking breakfast orders, saying “we end at 11”…. When I clarified that It was only 10:58, she fortunately ended up taking my order, but seemed annoyed about. We showed up at 11:01 to pick up our food and there were exactly 2 other customers in the restaurant. The more I reflected on this, the more upset I became that this employee was trying to reject my business. They had plenty of capacity to make 2 more breakfast burritos at 10:59am.So, moral of the story—Cubbys is great, I will always keep going there. I did end up getting my breakfast, which was delicious. But the lesson here is to encourage business and please your paying customers, especially in such a simple way

Went for my buds birthday. Only ones there, took over 30 minutes for food. When asked what was taking so long the cook said he wasn’t paying attention. Let’s just say the only good part was the food.

The food was good. It is all organic but very pricey and portions are small.

Minus two stars for the $9.00 salad that was smaller than my fist. Minus one star for the shoulder shrug and not doing anything about it when we brought it up to the staff. And, should probably drop another star for them asking for a minimum 15% tip when they expect you to bus your own table (and apparently clean it to - supplies provided)! #profitbeforecustomers!

This company doesn’t treat its employees very well. I’ve worked at the Provo location for just under a year and there were lots of problems. I tried reaching out to corporate many times and all I got back was an email telling me to stop commenting on their Instagram. They gaslight their employees. I will no longer support this business.
